I went in for mani-pedi and Erika was the technician. This was one of the best services I have ever experienced. I have difficult cuticles and most are afraid to cut them all. Erika was not only successful in getting rid of all, but was gentle and careful. The pedicure with coffee exfoliating, stone massage, and callus removal was relaxing and perfectly done. It's painfully obvious that i was forced to get an expensive pedicure ($62) because every time i asked for one that was less than $60 they "didn't have it":... over 30 options yet you "don't have" any of the average priced ones.... FISHY and she was really trying to get me to get the $99 - $120 pedicures which is ODD. I'm from NC Charlotte area so those prices are OUTRAGEOUS to me especially for this small dainty area. I'm from the CITY & never had to pay that just for my feet. And they don't even scrub your heel or do paraffin wax. This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever visited. I booked and prepaid for my appointment online but ended up going with an upgrade from a regular pedi ($35) to a spa pedi ($55) when I got there. The woman who took care of me was wonderful, sweet, and attentive. She was friendly and was sure to manage my spa pedicure appropriately (I am 9 months pregnant). The massage chairs are amazing, they offered me a drink and snacks, and they allowed me to pay the difference from my online booking right from my seat (and you can tip on a card - no pressure to use cash like many other places).
