Shame on me for allowing myself to be let down on numerous occasions. The first huge problem was when I arrived at 9:40 am for a 10 am massage. My massage therapist was standing outside with another therapist. I was informed the building was locked and they couldn't reach their manager or the owner. They were finally able to reach the manager at 10:15 and was informed she "was on her way." Because her arrival would be well past my appointment time, I left. The owner called the following week and said she would "add on a scalp massage" for my troubles. No apology, just an extra add on. Unfortunately, the next available appointment was months out and my massage therapist informed me that she would be seeking employment elsewhere due to how poorly they are treated. A year later, I decided to try this location again. I had a new and inexperienced therapist each time I went. After my 4th massage, I ended this membership. My billing stopped for 3 months then suddenly I was being charged monthly. I called to let them know I was being billed despite my membership ending. This went on for 4 months. They finally credited my card back for 2 of the 4 months. They would not refund the other 2 and also informed me I could not use these services as I am past the 90 days service date of billing and services used. Hand and Stone of Middletown is a huge let down for our community. They currently don't have a manager, the owner never responds to calls and they can't keep any employees.

I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!! I waited to write my review for a few weeks to make sure my lashes would hold up and they have. They look as amazing 3 weeks later as they did the day I got them done. Kelly's technique and skill at applying the lashes is very very good. They are the perfect length that I described I wanted, no clumping, very little shed ( just your normal). They are lush and full and again I have to say these are the best set I have every had in all my years. Absolutely NO need to supplement with mascara of any kind . I have had many compliments.
