I found them on YELP, I clicked on there website and choose Bridal/Weddings, There they give lots of helpful tips for you to know before arrival. For prices click on services and prices, scroll to the bottom. I got an updo (actually I just had her curl may hair, apply tons of hair spray, Bobby pins), and make-up. I would suggest you bring a tube of your favorite long lasting lipstick as the photographer will have you kiss it off in the photoshopped and you will want to reapply. My wedding was at Noon. I made my hair/makeup appt for 9am. Giving me time to go back to my hotel and change. My hotel was around 7 minutes away. She took 1hour as she said, so it was well timed. I brought 2 pictures of what I was looking for. I'll have to wait till I get my wedding pictures back 2-3 weeks, then I can really say how it looked. From what I can see it was great and I recommend Christina to you for your wedding. I wanted a natural look and I got it. As it turned out it was a really windy day. If you are having an outdoor wedding, I highly suggest you consider the wind. Maybe an updo, or something with lots of hairspray and Bobby pins. I got my hair cut there a few weeks ago and just now straighten it (I have curly hair). I wanted a…read moreshag and showed pictures and was very specific with how wanted it. i wanted no length cut, blended layers, just a long shag. I specifically said that I understood that since my hair is so long it will be very thin at the ends etc. she cut 4 or so inches off my hair it was almost waist length and now it just barely reaches breast length. the layers are choppy and uneven completely disconnected. it seemed like she realized she messed up because she kept saying how cool it was that it was choppy and "crazy". she also said to one of the other stylists that "it's better to cut a lot of the length with layered styles because it gets ratty at the ends." even thought I specifically said to not touch the length. She curled before I left which I think was to try to hide some of the unevenness but was having a hard time doing so and curl some parts and left others uncurled. I was disappointed when I left but figured it can't be too bad, mostly just sad about the length until I started realizing how choppy it was. Super disappointed! I was excited to get a shag since I had finally grown my hair to the length I wanted and now I'm back to square -1. I have been attempting to grow it out and maintain the health of my hair since middle school (I'm currently 5 years out of high school).

Moving to Tahoe makes it hard to get my hair done as often as I would like. I moved here from LA and I'm not making my trips back home as often as before. I am a loyal client and I hate to have cheated on my hair stylist back home. But living 500+ miles away, what's a girl to do? My mom lived in Tahoe a few years ago and would get her hair done by Sarah. After moving here, my mom would tell me I should give her a try. After living here for over a year, I finally decided to give Sarah a call. When I called her, she was very professional and quoted me over the phone. I wanted to do something very different with my hair. Something I've never done before. I wanted bright red ombré hair. I was very nervous since I was going for a whole different look that I wasn't use to and especially going to a different hair stylist for the first time in 6 years! When I arrived for my appointment, she took me to her room and had a water bottle ready for me. Her room is so cute, and I love the privacy of it. The spa itself is very cozy and makes you feel at home. We discussed once more about what I wanted to do to my hair and she went straight to work. I thought it was very cute that she was just as excited as I was to do my hair. I have a lot of hair. My hair is long and thick, too. Half way coloring my hair after using a whole bottle, the color ran out! She told me that we can use a permanent red and see how it turns out. If I didn't like it for whatever reason, she will order my color and I can come back in two days and she can put the vivid red on. I was so nervous when she told me the color was out. I went ahead with the permanent red for the other half of my hair. Now for the outcome? It came out amazing! (See photo) I am totally in love with my hair! The red came out nice and bright, the permanent red was a little darker, but blended well with the bright red. She uses great products, which I absolutely loved! Even after all the bleaching done to my hair, it came out silky and shiny! Sarah is amazing at what she does and is very sweet and patient. She doesn't rush through her work, and makes sure of it that you are completely satisfied with your hair. She was such a pleasure to have working on my hair. So glad I found a hair stylist here in Tahoe to trust with my hair. I highly recommend Sarah for all your hair needs! She is very personable, friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. She answered all my emails promptly and even emailed me two or three times before the wedding to confirm the details. The day of the wedding she showed up at my hotel room about 20 minutes early to set up. My hair is extremely long (to my lower back), thick, and does not hold a curl EVER. She brought all of the supplies needed to work with my hair type. My hair ended up even more beautiful then the trial run and even more beautiful then I could have imagined. The up-do and curls lasted ALL day and night without any issues. It was such a relief! She finished my hair around noon and I didn't take it out till about midnight that night and it still looked perfect. I got compliments all day and night on how beautiful it looked and how well it stayed in. I highly recommend Sarah!
