I had the pleasure of working with Keyla, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered knowledgeable advice, and provided helpful tips on how to get my hair back to a healthier place. Most importantly, she delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The color turned out beautiful and natural, and the haircut gave my hair the fresh start it desperately needed. Keyla was also incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment. Honestly, I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. I always stayed loyal for 30yrs with my girl and followed her wherever life took her, but if you know Robert, he has a heart of a gold and he is so good to his employees. Never push products on you EVER! Which I love! Sure imma sucker for new hair products, but I get so many every month I really don't need to buy more! lol Tracey practically grew up with me at this point and we truly are friends. She does a wonderful job along with her best friend Jennie who is stationed right next to her. We were all once so young! I've seen this place thru ups and downs, but their commitment to service and quality never waivers! There is so much competition in town, but I love them and they don't rob your wallet! I never got a cut or color (and trust me we have tried it all in 30+ yrs) that I was unhappy with! So many other clients return for decades as well! Good to see it freshened up! My experience at this hair salon was an absolute disaster…read more On December 19th, I went for a root touch-up and had sent messages and visuals beforehand showing my hair's current condition and the color I wanted. I chose this salon because my previous stylist was far away, and my hair was incredibly healthy and strong. My hair expert friends confirmed this; I had been working for a year to grow my hair. However, because they didn't properly lighten my roots, Paulina Sanchez applied a dark and greenish color without asking me. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. I went home and sent them a video crying, asking, "What did you do?" but they didn't reply. I later visited the salon so they could see it in person, but they ignored me and said, "We are busy." Within 2-3 days, my hair became multiple colors and kept falling out. I developed sores on my scalp and cheeks. The salon staff sent me a long apology message, saying they would fix their mistake and scheduled to correct my hair this week. However, despite knowing how damaged my hair was, they did not consider that it needed time to rest. Today, I had my appointment. They applied bleach for 5 hours to my hair, and some areas still didn't lighten. While washing my hair, I saw my broken hair in the hands of two staff members, yet they didn't say anything. They mockingly said "Happy holidays" when they finished. Even the other customers saw my hair was falling out. This process was extremely damaging financially, emotionally, and psychologically. My hair has become completely unhealthy, and I will have to shave it tomorrow. The 10 days I spent dealing with this experience caused me serious trauma. I am also a business owner in the U.S. and have never had problems with my clients, as they are more important to me than money. If you cannot do your work properly in this country, please leave this business to those who can. I believe these individuals' licenses should be revoked. Please do not visit this salon to avoid being victimized. I definitely do not recommend it.

Extremely Disappointed - Completely Unprofessional Experience…read more My daughter had her senior prom on May 13, a once-in-a-lifetime event she had been looking forward to for months. She scheduled a hair appointment at this salon for 12:00 PM and we arrived early at 11:45 AM--only to find the salon completely closed. We waited until noon, assuming the stylist might just be running late, but no one showed up. We tried calling, texting, and messaging her through Instagram multiple times, but received absolutely no response. We waited until 12:45 PM--still nothing. At that point, we were left scrambling, trying to find a last-minute salon that could take a walk-in. Thankfully, we eventually found a place that was kind enough to help us on such short notice. But the stress, panic, and disappointment were overwhelming--especially on such an important day. What makes this worse is that this wasn't our first bad experience. Last year, the same stylist had my daughter wait 45 minutes after her scheduled appointment. We gave her the benefit of the doubt then, but clearly this is a pattern. To top it all off, the people in nearby businesses noticed our frustration and shared that this kind of behavior is common for her--apparently, many other clients have complained that she's frequently late or doesn't show up at all. Her usual excuse, we've learned, is a "medical emergency," but at this point, it sounds more like an excuse than an explanation. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unreliable this place is. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you value your time--and especially if you're booking for a special occasion--go elsewhere.
