All the salons were booked for a blow out at "after work", specially for curly mid length Hispanic hair (and lost of it!). They took me in and two of them did my hair at the same time! I was out in half hour and it was PERFECT! I asked for extra clean hair since it was at least 5 days dirty and she really got in there. Told her she's stuck with me now. I have branched out into fashion colors and she is phenomenal! I take a picture in of the color combos I love and she hits the nail on the head every time. If I want an adjustment, she can make it happen. She makes sure we are on the exact same page before she starts anything, so there's never a surprise reveal! She is meticulous with the application of the color, so the different colors are always well defined where they are supposed to be and blend well where they should. I also believe they have some growing hands! My hair has really grown in the two times I've been and I am not doing anything different.
