I told her what I wanted, and she made suggestions on how to get the look I was going for. She sure worked her magic! So I booked an appointment with Fiona.. let just say I am now a forever client of hers! I was really nervous about highlighting my hair because I have been box dying it black for many years. Then a few years passed and currently for the past 8 months dyed it a berry color (also boxed). So needless to say there was a lot of work needed to be done. I'm not like most, I didn't expect her to be able to bring my dark hair all the way blonde and knew it was going to take time. However, I did not expect it to look this great!!! She totally brought my hair back to life and even though it's not as blonde as I wanted I couldn't be happier! On top of all that my hair feels healthy and is the softest it's ever been. Victoria blasted my hair with some product that made my hair fall out in chunks afterward. While I was there I asked for ombre color she colored my roots around my face and in the middle of my head. PRICING WARNING: First time trying out Zeeba and Heather Permenter seems to overcharge for her services - cut/style (length just below shoulders) and did a balayage instead of highlights. Have had a good balayage done before on long hair and it was not nearly that price. She didn't even let the client know the price until after. Wish I can say it was a fantastic job but, to be fair, the client did say it was good. But. Would say it was not worth it. Online pricing on Zeeba website does not seem to match what is being charged. read more

Disappointed... went in for a cut and balayage color. Gave the stylist a blank canvas to work with. I had natural blonde, shoulder length hair. I left after spending $200, plus tip (in hindsight I should not have tipped but i was flustered and normally tip stylists 20%) with a full head highlight and a choppy, heavy haircut. It wasn't what I wanted at all. The color is SO subtle. The pic I showed definitely had bolder transition with way more lightening on the ends. Really sad about my hair and the money thrown away. read more

The staff is amazing and I was welcomed with smiles all around. I decided to get a quick trim the day before my wedding, trying to wrap everything up. I left with my hair 4 inches shorter- my hair was cut by Amanda. I'll have to go back to someone to get it fixed because it is so uneven and looks absolutely horrible- I made it work for my wedding but the level of honesty and professionalism by her was disgusting. I had a haircut here recently which costed around $65 (without tip amount added) There was no big change from what I've had before despite clearly explaining how I wanted the haircut to be. Won't be going here again nor will recommend this place to any of my friends. Definitely not worth the price. I decided to try Zeeba based off of a mom group I follow on Facebook. I was not disappointed! Fiona was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did she take her time and make sure my a-line bob was what I asked for (which was a combination of two separate pictures I showed her), but she also made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have had a previous experience where it was a quick cut and get out of the salon, but this was nothing like that! Fiona definitely takes her time and cares about her clients. After a year of epic failure of hair coloring and cutting, I finally got the best hairdresser in the town. Jamie has a small saloon that is located at Zeeba. She is very polite and sweet, knowledgable when it comes to hair coloring, she will take her time to explain what works and what does not on your hair type and the color you would chose, what would be better option always at your benefit. I did highlights twice and was very pleased with the end result. She also cut my hair. Price is comparable to the service. I highly recommend her !! read more

This is a long overdue review. I was in DFW for a black tie wedding back in March and wanted to get my hair professionally done. I love Living Proof products and actually searched their website to find LP salons in the area. Zeeba showed up and seemed to have reasonable prices after giving them a call. Fiona did my hair following a few photos I shared and I, unfortunately, wasn't a fan of my hair at all but didn't have the heart or time to ask her to redo it. She also didn't use a heat protectant and didn't use any LP products. read more

Brandon was awesome. He did a cut and color. He was very thorough with my cut. He spent about an hour to an hour and a half cutting and going over it. Then he applied a color that is sudden however in the sun looks magical. A lot of my coworkers have asked me about him and one has even been in contact with him to get her hair done. I will definitely be going back. I loved how they have their own rooms vs stations makes your visit more private. read more

When I called over a week ago, I told the receptionist how picky I am about my hair and that I needed a stylist that is excellent with short hair. I arrived and was greated by Monica, my stylist for my appt. She made me feel so rushed. As soon as I showed her my pic of how I've had my hair for 7 years, she immediately told me that wasn't her style of recommended cut. In other words, she didn't know how to cut my hair. I told her several times that I don't do flat hair. She used no products, cut my hair dry, and to top it off, not only did her next client stand 3 feet away from me the last 15 min I was there, I walked out with flat hair. The worst part was that I paid $65 for this. 25 min in her chair, completely unfriendly. I lived in so Cali and didn't even pay that. I'm literally disgusted!!!!! read more

I made a last minute appointment since I was visiting Fort Worth and was able to visit Dani G. She's so kind and talented. She has several years of experience and worked at popular Austin, TX salons for a few years in the past. She's Aveda trained and I felt comfortable as she colored my hair. I was really lucky when I got Dani for my stylist. The location is modernly decorated and very clean. She has her own space and we just talked the time away. The stylist named Ashley literally gave me THE WORST experience I've ever had in a salon. It seems as though this is more of a stylist issue than a place issue, but when you allow bad stylists it gives your brand a bad name. She was not only very late to the appointment she refused to put down her pizza as she started her consultation TOUCHING MY HAIR! It was extremely unhygienic and very unprofessional. She also has zero customer service skills! She threw digs at me for having so many grey hairs and was just an all around mean, cruel person. It seems they do have talent here, but if you end up with a situation where Ashley has to do your hair, trust me it's not worth it!! She is the ONLY stylist that has ever been able to do anything with my dense hair and she makes it look amazing, and never complains about it. lol (Sometimes I've had stylist comment the whole time about how hard my hair is to work with.) 8 years ago I started going to Condi and I have lived in many places, including out of state, and come back just to have her cut my hair. She's amazing! Ellen W is my new hair stylist since I moved to Ft. Worth! She is an awesome hair artist and is fun to talk to! She is fast! I showed her ONE picture and she turned me from dark to blonde and did exactly as I asked! Although my hair is hard to style, it is super thick and curly, and it was my first time seeing her so we now know what to expect when blow drying and styling lol. She accused me of being late when I knew for a fact I was actually 15 minutes early. I wrote down my appointment time on a piece of paper the day I made it. After i showed her what i wanted done and she told me "That is too much today." All I wanted was a full set of highlights? This wasn't the first time she refused to do a full set of highlights. Recently in F Worth and needed last minute salon services. This salon was clean, professional and did a great job.

I booked a cut and color for an important occasion with Courtney Sigler. This hairdresseracted very unprofessional, she ruined my hair! Not only did I tell courtney it was a very important occasion and my hair needed to look right, irepeatedly made it clear I did not want any tones of red in my color! It was soo ugly she dyed it EASTER EGG RED!! I tried to schedule a redo and she first ignored all my calls. Then finally she set up an appointment and at the last minute she canceled stating a relative had died. When I later tried to reschedule, each time she told me a different relative had past away. After all this she refused to fix my hair claiming "I'm not sure I know exactly what you want so we should just cut our losses". I spent $170 on my hair including tip and its never looked this bad, I'm embarrassed to go out in public.DO NOT use this hair stylist she is a scam artist! read more
