I found Salon Belladonna through Groupon and met Hannah who is such a good stylist! I visited for the 3rd time yesterday to get highlights and low lights and a cut. Another excellent experience from Hannah! The salon likely was a house at one point so most stylists have their own private room. It is a bit of a maze. I think each stylist is independent and rents a room. Hannah has never given someone a hair cut or style while I wait which is something I can't stand that stylists do! I want to get in and out without making a day of it. With Hannah, I'm in an out in about an hour and a half. I make my appointments in advance for Saturday morning but it was not difficult to get my first appointment on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend Hannah at Belladonna! read more

I'm gonna be totally honest - I don't go to upscale places very often for a haircut. But when I do, I expect it to be worth the price. Salon Belladonna is AMAZING and exactly what I had hoped for when I visited for the first time. I had my highlights and haircut done by Natalie and I could not be happier with her work! Amazing time at this salon. Sarai was my stylist and she did awesome paying attention to detail and making sure it was perfect. It was a 4 hour job, but felt shorter because she kept the conversation going and made sure I was always comfortable. The salon itself was beautiful! Great history behind it! I scheduled an appointment with Cheyenne through Booksy for Hair Botox. I've heard great things about the treatment and was very excited to try it. As soon as I scheduled, I ended up getting bombarded by texts from Cheyenne. I thought it was odd since she just wanted to send me a Healthline link about the treatment. Then she messaged me pushing my appointment back 15 minutes. I thought fine it's a Saturday. Then as soon as I got to the salon and parked I received another text pushing my appointment back again for a men's hair cut!!! She's the most unprofessional and disorganized stylist I have ever dealt with! I canceled my appointment and told her to stop texting me. And she kept texting me!! She's so desperate for customers she adds them to her schedule without thinking of the next person! The worst customer service! read more

Had a haircut with Josephine, she did a great job very quickly even though I have a lot of hair!

Purchased a Groupon and waited for this Salon to respond. The voicemail box was full and it took 4 days to recieve an email back. The only availability was a 9am appointment about 3 weeks out. I booked it. Arrived to the Salon early and everything was closed. 10 minutes before my appointment, the Hair Stylist texted me and cancelled without any explanation. It was a pointless 50 mile round trip for me and a disappointing experience. read more

After going downtown 4 times to an overpriced and mediocre salon that advertises to be "high end" and it's nothing but the opposite, found Belladonna Salon on Yelp and decided to give it a try in hopes to get a better experience with my hair, and am I glad I did it!!!! I booked an appointment with Kelly Collins for me and my mother-in-law, both for color and a haircut. We were both blown away by not only her great personality, but the professional work that she performed was simply amazing. I visit this salon to see my stylist Cheyenne. Cheyenne is awesome and after working with her for almost a year now I can say she is a really good stylist. She is very honest about my hair and I feel she truly cares about the health of my hair. When I started going to her my hair was very damaged and since my first visit my hair has improved significantly. I see Cheyenne every 6 weeks for my color, trim and style. Every few months I will do a "Hair Botox" treatment. This is my 2nd time doing it. The first time she suggested it I was unsure it would actually improve the quality of my hair and never booked a follow up for the hair botox- just my regular appointment/s. After a few months, when the treatment seemingly started to come out, I could tell a definite difference in the quality of my hair! I definitely recommend trying this treatment or asking Cheyenne about it so she can explain it's benefits (she can do it much better than I can). The salon itself is really nice. I love that it is open and airy with a lot of natural light. I have never seen any other stylist but Cheyenne here, but they seem to do a good job. The wash & dryer room is my favorite- with so much natural light! I feel so relaxed when I am there. I do not know about salon pricing as I believe you work with your individual stylist for that. I think Cheyenne's pricing is more than fair, she does great work, works with my schedule, and for this I will continue to be her regular. So happy I found a great stylist so close to home! I recommend checking this place out and also Cheyenne! Just please don't take up all Saturday appointments, I need her every 6 weeks on a Saturday! Lol. The Salon has it's own parking lot and while it looks small I believe it to be a very deceiving. I have never had any issues with parking while there. read more

*My advice do your research prior to booking appointment* Took my teenage daughter in for 1st time hair botox, Not happy with results, I messaged the stylist in hopes she would make it right but she made it seem as if I were wrong for confronting her about it. This was a Christmas gift per my daughters request. I did my research on the product and application after getting it done having trusted the stylist. My daughters hair is very curly and the directions clearly say it needs to be sectioned when applying the product and saturated 1/8 from the roots to the ends of hair . The stylist applied the product to my daughter hair in the shampoo bowl (I was watching) no sectioning was done nor was it saturated and put her under a dryer. I paid almost 100 for this service and it was not done correctly. Very disappointing it was our 1st time here. We will not be returning. Very unprofessional to not correct the mistakes made. Salon Bella Donna is a "salon lofts" type of establishment. And what I mean by that is the people who work there rent space. They have their own hours and basically run like little mini businesses. I see Melissa. Her pricing is great and her work is awesome, the only downside is she runs behind and books you while she is finishing up with other clients. Be warned, you will be there for awhile. I do overlook this since I do like the way she does my hair and her cuts and color last a long time. It's definitely worth it to me to have a great finished product. And she's extremely sweet and easy to talk to. Give her a try and I bet you'll like her too. read more

I had always been extremely adamant about not coloring my hair, but when I saw Sarai's Instagram photos of her work I knew that I would be comfortable having her do a balayage treatment on me. I have never loved my hair so much and she is honestly the best hairstylist I've ever had. I would not recommend anyone else to color my hair. read more

This place is okay; the exterior is kind of confusing, you pass like 4 doors that LOOK like they might be an entrance until you find the actual entrance. The stylist I saw seemed like she really want to get me out of her chair as fast a possible; I got there at 12:55 and was out by 1:15, including cut, wash and "style" (I use that word loosely - she dried my hair, that's about it). The cut was average, I had to fix my bangs at home. It wasn't awful, but I won't be back. read more

If you don't want to leave with a poor haircut then DON'T book an appointment with Josephine. I told her that I was open to altering my style as long as she adhered to 3 styling conditions. She agreed wholeheartedly, but once she made the first cut it was obvious she was going to do whatever she wanted. Josephine completely ruined what I was trying to achieve. Also, she said, "I don't trust any stylist in Tampa to cut my hair. I have to go to New York to do my hair." (Her EXACT words.) She sure showed her arrogance with that remark and with her unwillingness to work with me. There are other great stylists at Belladonna, but AVOID Josephine at all costs because you'll have to go to someone else to fix the damage. read more

So I called the day prior to and spoke with Cheyenne. I set my appointment with her and I sent her a few pictures of what I wanted to do with my hair (not one picture was consistent however she got the main idea) The day of my appointment I was a nervous wreck (I don't just let anyone do my hair and it's been 2 years since the last place ruined it). Cheyenne came to greet me with such a wonderful smile and very positive. She's already had a game plan of what we were going to do for the day. She was very professional, and I was so confident in her work that I even allowed her to cut my hair even at the additional charge. Needless to say my hair is amazing thanks to Cheyenne.
