Treated very nice while there.....however, my hair is green! I went to change my bleached blonde hair back to brown. The stylist warned me that I couldn't go to the honey brown that I wanted because it'll look swampy. So, she showed me another color. My hair looked good when I left. But a few days later it had a green tint to it. Now, a few weeks later it's completely green. Very noticeable. It cost $200!! Don't go here. They will mess up your hair. read more

If I could do negative says I would!!! My experience was SO TERRIBLE, that have never been on yelp I signed up just for this. The girl was super sweet and nothing personal but I went to get just a simple trim and my highlights retouched up, she seemed to be learning because she kept going back and forth to who seemed to be the manager OR OWNER. As a manager myself, and yes everyone starts somewhere, I was picking up on things that clued she did not know what she was doing. The owner Lori kept telling her how to do this and that and when the time came to rinse my hair I could tell the girl knew what was wrong.. She told the owner and commented " what about this... Look" and the owner said "looks fine" as she started to blow dry I noticed that parts of my hair were orange and she had cut way more than a 1/4 of a inch as discussed. The owner came over one last time and said "did you wash everything out?" There seemed to be chemical still in my hair! She took the spray bottle, spayed and blew dried again, not even taking out what was in there!!! I went to pay and $150, um wow but ok, started driving home and realized there was still chemical in my hair and there are blotches of orange in random spots! I got home washed out my hair (about 5:15) and tried calling the studio over and over ( who closed at 6 ) no answer. Finally went back the next day waited 15 min and was helped by the same lady who did my hair, I asked to speak with the with the owner, the girl asked if I wanted the "brass" fixed... At that point I kindly said no thanks and waited to speak with the owner. I explained that my time was wasted and showed her the orange spots even explaining that I had to wash the chemical out of my own hair leaving it crazy damaged. No apology no offer to have someone else or HERSELF fix it just wrote me a check. Went to the bank to cash it all was fine. THEN I GET A CALL FROM THE SALON AGAIN saying don't cash the check she made a mistake and I need to pay for the hair cut ( she made the same lady who first did my hair call me ) she didn't even have the guts to talk to me ( BAD BUSINESS ) I explained that I have already wasted hours on them that I refuse: finally the owner got on the phone and said there was nothing wrong that happend that I need to pay for the cut. I said a 1/4 of a inch trim turned into 2 1/2 inches! $45?! What?! I washed my own chemical out (she argued with me) at this point I was so dumb and just paid over the phone. I still can't believe $45 for a hack job. In the end I would have been okay with a full refund of the $145 I payed so I don't have to spend more money going else where to pay more for what they had messed up so bad! Everything was just bad business, a owner who is clearly not fit for her job. As a business owner I am disgusted and plan on going to small claims court and even the better Business Bureau. This is to reply to the owner's reply to my original review who said she didn't understand why I would write a negative review instead of speaking with her - I CALLED you and let you know I was unhappy. I DID NOT get a call back from you AT ALL let alone one to try and smooth things over and offer any kind of discount. My original review stands. In our initial conversation I had let you know that Wednesday was not actually a good day for me but you stated the stylist was ONLY available THAT day at THAT time so I rearranged my schedule. The fact that the client's hair was being rinsed after a process would be a clue that the stylist was not going to be available at the scheduled time and I should have been called - yes, you said I could come back but that was after I was already inconvenienced. Think of it like a job interview - if that is the best you can do when you WANT the job, what is it going to be like after I hire you? While the stylist was very pleasant, I received the worst haircut possible. My bangs are so uneven and short, that I will have to endure them until they grow out enough to be cut correctly. I am baffled as to how she could do such a poor job. She also left long strands of hair that I had to cut myself to match the rest of the length. I used groupon to get a good deal and all I got was a bad haircut. I do not recommend! read more

I came to this salon last week to see Nora. I wanted to get a balayage done and keep in mind this was the first time I had EVER put any bleach in my hair. I had virgin hair before coming here. I showed her the photo of the type of look I wanted she said it could not be done because there were two different tones in the picture. Then she proceeds to touch my hair and examine it and like every stylist I've gone to, says "you have so much hair." I have thick straight heavy hair, yes I am aware. Okay tell me why she tried to persuade me to thin it out? After I had said no. Well anyway when everything was done and she blow dryed my hair... there was a strand of hair that had more product than the rest of my head. She then curled it and it looked great besides that one piece. When I washed my hair the next day whatever she did to my hair was everything but what I had asked for. I literally had a strand IN FRONT OF MY FACE that had bleach then a huge brown spot of my color then proceeded to the blonde. WTF!!! Nothing was blended. There was my natural color and then the bleach no blending whatsoever!!! I'll be posting photos along with this.I cried so much because my hair looked like sh*t I could not stand looking at it in the mirror because I was so upset with it. My mom told me to go back and have her fix it but I did not want her anywhere NEAR my hair ever again. I had to go else where and get it fixed. Even the other hair stylist looked at it like what the hell happened to you! She looked so appalled at it but thankfully she fixed it and I have never loved my hair more. I will never be returning to this salon not even for a haircut. I don't recommend it any one!! read more

I had a great experience at this salon. I recently got a balayage done by Jenny a day before a ceremony. I was a little nervous to get my hair done because the time prior to this did not turn out the way I wanted it to. But Jenny did an amazing job with my hair! I highly recommend Nora. This was my first time at this salon. I have only been in this area for 6 months and I lived a year in Murrieta and live in Glendora in Los Angeles county for 11 years. In Los Angeles County the stylist always style your hair but when I moved out here I found if you are using Groupon they only blow dry with a round brush or the style is not good. I had the Groupon for cut, wash and condition, Nora was flexible and let me exchange the condition for styling. I have seen stylist from here to Temecula at different salons and have not been happy until now. Nora is also the first stylist that listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut and style that is so easy I can maintain it myself. This is the kind of stylist I have been looking for since moving here. I use Groupon until I find the right person as I do not wanted to spend a lot of money on someone who does not listen or does not know how to work with my hair. BEWARE OF LORI the owner of Bellezza. I went in to have my red hair refreshed and walked out with a NIGHTMARE looking head of hair. My hair was bright scarlett. I looked horrible and the salon owner named LORI just walked away when I told her I was not OK with it looked really fake. She ALSO DID NOT FINISH MY HAIRCUT. Then she charged me. I tried to communicate with her about it and she told me she did not want to see me again. I had to go somewhere else to get my cut finished and fix the color. Monica at Acapella in Temecula worked magic to fix it. Lori is closing her salon in June!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder why? Cathy Abbott 858-262-3750 call me for pictures of this mess she created and left someone else to fix. The bottom line is that as a dentist if someone is not happy with my work I FIX it for them at that very moment. I gave Lori this option and she abandon me. i called belleza salon because i had gotten a hair cut from another salon that i was not happy with. i called at 9 am talked to eileen told her my problems and she had me in by 11 am and i have to tell you this gal did a beyond perfect cut for me and i am totally impressed by the precision of this amazing cut. i am sooooo fussy and have spent hundreds of dollars at high end salons only to be not so happy with results so i have to say eileen you gave me the best cut i have had in over 10 years and you will have a client for life. highly, highly, highly recommend eileen at belleza salon in menifee. thanks eileen.......charlotte read more

Got my eyelash extensions done by Denisse. So first of all my first experience and I was excited. Not so much anymore. She let me walk out with one eye looking a mess. She even commented a few times how the right was really nice. Why would you let someone walk out like that. She seemed very frustrated the whole time she was doing my left eye. Not sure if she was tired or what. But sheesh I was tired being on a not do comfy bad for 3 hours yet I wasnt complaining. Went back next day so she could fix it, she kept accusing me of having a bad eyelash perm. I told her I had never had one but she contined to blame my short end lashes on a bad eyelash perm. Second day I left with my left eye (the one she fixed) burning but seemed like she was just in a hurry to get me out of there. The eyepad kept hitting my eye, it was just horrible. Granted she didnt charge me but I wouldn't expect her to since it was only day 2 of having my very much awaited eyelash extensions. Such a bad experience. Never going back. My friends and co workers were waiting for my recommendation but yah not gonna happen. At least not with this lady. read more
