I booked an appointment on Friday October 17 only half an hour before the appointment because I…read morelive in the neighbourhood. When I called and spoke to an associate she did not inform me that the company had " an internet problem" and could not process payment! There is a serious language problem. That was their first mistake. After I had received a gel manicure removal for $22.50, I went to pay, but I was informed that they had a problem with internet payment (?!) and I could not pay by credit card or debit. I waited for several minutes hoping I would not receive a parking ticket, but they could not resolve the problem. An honest person, I said I would pay them the next day and because it would cost me gas and my precious time to go there to pay what they could not process. Vanish badgered me for payment three times that day after I had tried to pay them using their cell number, but later they informed me to use their email address. Then by text Vanish provided me with the email address so I sent payment for $22.50. Any other business in Ottawa I have dealt with would accept that payment via internet was their problem and would not charge me anything if they could not receive payment. Why did Vanish Nail Spa badger me?! I do not recommend Vanism for this reason and advise you that there are other options.

The technician completely failed to make a fan with the lash extensions, so rather than looking like I have 2-3 distinct lash extensions on one natural lash it looks like I have one clunky lash.
