Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism. After a few sessions I started to notice the tanning bed was super dirty. They have towels in each rooms and spray bottles, but I was never told what those were for when purchasing my sessions for the first time. I asked the front staff what was the cleaning policy and the purpose for the towels. (I wasn't sure if I had to clean the bed myself after each use) She claimed to clean the beds after her shift but other staff didn't. (Yuck) I decided to switch to the stand up booth instead of the bed and I haven't had any issues since then. The staff is friendly. They also have spray tans which I haven't used.
