I scheduled an appointment for the day before my 66th birthday. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they had new forms that needed to be filled out. The amount of forms that I needed to fill out on this little tablet was incredible. It asked if I had ever been diagnosed with skin cancer. I answered yes, because this past March during my annual appointment with my dermatologist, she found two spots which tested positive for basal cell carcinoma. I have now been told that I do not have cancer. The woman that was assigned to give me the massage told me she was not an oncology certified massage therapist. I said that's good because I don't need an oncology certified massage therapist, I need a sports massage for a 66 year-old active woman two who's had numerous spine surgeries. The woman immediately told me that they cannot service me there. When I asked her why, she said it's because I've had spine surgery. Now I have been cleared for massages and chiropractic service since May. I was annoyed since they wasted so much of my time filling out all those forms only to use my honest answers against me. When I went out to the front desk, I asked for my certificate back. She said she had to speak to a manager. I waited for quite some time and a gentleman came out, and I said, I want my gift certificate back. He stated I don't have a gift certificate. I said I do, it's right there. His employee handed him the gift card and he handed it to me. I said when I have a chance I'm going to write a review about my experience. He was very sarcastic and said, "oh that's nice. Thank you !" I've used your Hand And Stone for probably 20 years. Since they are a chain, I've used many different locations. This was my absolute worst experience with that franchise. My advice is find a chiropractors office that has good massage therapist. I won't mention mine because I don't want her to get too busy that I can't get an appointment with her! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!

I ended up with some sort of bob like cut. My bangs were utterly destroyed. The stylist took a weird blunt chunk out of the center, and didn't blend them. I have a weird mix of long and short chunks for bangs now. To their credit a senior stylist 'fixed' my bangs-its better than what the original stylist did, but it's still a step below good. I realize I was given to a junior stylist, and it's a learning process, but I think she really needs a senior stylist to take her under their wing and mentor her. I certainly will not be going back.

I finally decide to do it and nurse tried to talk me out of it without ANY credible reason that would have been medical related. She kept saying I couldn't afford it (without any valid reason than my budget which she assumed I couldn't afford...I never even mentioned my budget! I had plenty of money to spend that day..so that was absolute DISCRIMINATION) -Their response to my google review about not being a candidate is ludicrous. I went to a plastic surgeon with a great BBB rating and I am absolutely a candidate for tear trough filler. Your doctors should atleast be able to communicate and back up with medical reasons why they won't do something with credible facts. I will be reporting to BBB unless refunded for $300 of dysport which left my forhead all bruised. I had botox MANY times else were and NEVER bruised. I never complained about the bruising the point is... I DIDN'T WANT BOTOX told her I wanted tear TROUGH FILLER. My area of concern was my under eyes not my forhead. The botox did not address my issues and I would like to be refunded. How does botox for the crows feet help with the tear troughs? It doesn't I was misinformed and need to be refunded. -If AZANI cared about their customers they would rectify real fast and they did not infact, it was handle even worse than I could have imagined. I called back to schedule my tear trough treatment with another nurse and they kept canceling it. They have my email and phone and choose to do nothing because they do not care about their clients. Bad treatment, bad communication, unprofessional from beginning to end and then some more. I mean you can't offer a free facial as an apology that you offered from the very beginning as a new client.
