I had a negative experience on my last visit, and I will likely not be stopping by this location again in the future. I was disappointed with my experience where I paid for a Canadian passport. What the passport staff at this Walgreens prepared for me was not prepared correctly. I mailed in my passport application and materials including the photos, and it was sent back to me saying that Walgreens prepared the photos incorrectly costing me over $40 in priority postage. When I brought this concern up to the manager at the store, they offered to let me take American passport photos for free, which cost less, and I ended up not even using. I was not offered a refund. I later learned that they stopped printing photos for Canadian passports shortly thereafter. Needless to say, I have zero confident in the photo center at this location nor do I think this location takes care of its customers. The W Cash Rewards program is a free program to sign up for and easy to use. You earn back 1% in Walgreens Cash rewards storewide, even at the pharmacy, and 5% in rewards on Walgreens branded products.
