I made an appointment for Sunday earlier in the week and when I came in the receptionist said I was not even scheduled. Luckily they were able to get me in but to whoever I spoke with and failed to schedule my appointment, this is terribly unprofessional of you. Dropped in yesterday to discuss my needs with a stylist. LeaAnn assured me she could cut my COVID (read this long....) hair into my usual bob. Figured I'd have to book an appointment, but LeaAnn let me know she could do my hair then and there. A little while later my chin-length bob was back, and I felt like myself again! As a new client, my experience here was very positive. The ladies at the desk, the shampoo person and LeaAnn were all friendly and accommodating. When I returned home, I saw on the website that new clients are offered a 20% discount. This was not mentioned to me, so I am guessing perhaps not everyone was aware of this? Otherwise, I did have a good experience here and would recommend Salon Cemone. read more

If I could leave -5, I would. Not only did they butch my haircut, but worse than that they ruined my hair! The highlight was done so terribly with spots and streaks. The repair they attempted made matters worse. On top of it the salon owner refused to credit me for the charge. I had to go elsewhere to try and fix it and spend more money. Unfortunately my hair needs to grow out to fix it. Blotches of blonde spots all over are hard to fix. SALON CEMONE - you should be ashamed of yourself. Go ELSEWHERE! It has taken me many years to find someone who I can rely on, trust and most importantly GO BACK TO for my hair! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and not only did she make my dreams come true, she TOOK HER TIME!! I truly appreciate when people give you your moneys worth on top of feeling rejuvenated and beautiful! I highly recommend her and this salon! All you need is one visit, just one! My first time there and I was "paired" with Claire a match made in heaven. First impression professional but not too overly professional. You feel very welcomed. Claire first spent about 20 minutes with me just listening to the color and highlights I wanted and reviewed the photo of the cut I was looking for. Very honest she was and advised against my choice of color and highlights due to my dark color hair and the process to lighten would or could be harmful to my hair. I listened to her expert advice and realized how right she was. She cut my hair and not expecting it to be exactly as the photo she took her time and well it was real darn close. Needless to say I made the 2nd appointment for the color and highlights and will take her recommendation on the choice of colors. My daughter loved the new look, my husband was extremely happy, the staff there loved it and I can now say I too am a very satisfied customer who looks forward to her next visit. I've been coming here over 2 years now. Referred to Sue W and she is fantastic! I'm the type of girl who has no idea what type of hair I want so she worked with me - always a great cut and blowout. I also wanted to add color and again had no idea what I wanted. Pretty scarred from a previous experience at a different salon where I had highlights that turned orange after a few weeks. Sue suggested a very subtle ombré which looked great! Hoping to do something a little different again this fall and I'll be coming here for that. Been back a few times now and always enjoy my time! This place has been around for a long time! Always get a great haircut, and always feels like home. Every time I am there the place is buzzing and everyone seems very happy! I constantly recommend this place to the women and men in my life! I saw an article in the paper about a stylist named Frosine being named the top colorist in the tri-county area. She happened to be the one who always cuts my hair so I always speak highly of her! Everyone who took my recommendation, is still a client at the salon! I make sure to ask whenever I'm getting my haircut! I am always greeted with a smile, and am taken to the shampoo area! It was clean and the water was the perfect temperature! I then head over to the chair and get the exact cut I ask for! I have no complaints! Prices seemed fair. I'm a guy so I don't know salon averages. I constantly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed! read more
