Then the clerk stated that the item was purchased too long ago, however their own policy does not put a time limit on a store credit. Further adding insult was the rude manner in which I was addressed. The customer service was very poor. It is unacceptable to service a primarily African American clientelle and yet provide subpar services. We have other choices. I won't be back and I suggest that others find a place to do business that will ALWAYS treat the customer with respect, not simply when they are collecting money.
