I received a lot of push back. Why would they not think this was something that should be addressed? Workers Melissa & Bebbie gave me non-stop push back and horrible customer service, very unprofessional. I tried to file a formal complaint with both Melissa and Bebbie but they refused to take it. Instead Bebbie misadvised me buy telling me to call 866-593-3478 to make my formal complaint. I did so and was told that is was Sally Beauty Supply Security Interface. They advised that was not the correct number to file a complaint about Cosmo. So Bebbie lied to me. I am offended by their rudeness, neglect and failure to assist me or care about the company. But Sam made sure to be attentive and very helpful during our shopping experience. (Photo attached of course:) I was passing by this area after visiting Romeo in the morning for an appointment. (FYI= No points and Not guilty) ! There are so many stores out here on 26 Mile Rd., that it feels like Hall Rd. (M59). Anyways this store is small. When walking in this store, Home Depot is nearby on the left and to the right in is Michael's craft store= so there are your markers or directions to Bath and Body. Upon walking inside I was not greeted at all by an employee like at the Partridge Creek store near my home. I could hear 1 female voice in the far back of store, in which she was working at the cash register. Then throughout my walking and shopping experience I was still never greeted or asked if I needed help or support for my shopping time. The store was nicely organized and not messy since new and old scents were labeled properly. I photographed a few of their new scent displays along with 2 or 3 big clearance areas. Annoying bad comment from me = The style of music and its volume was TOO LOUD in this location. Maybe that's why the only employee there was talking so loud at check out to other customers. I could hear her from the front of the store. Not sure why it was so loud. I like to have a relaxing shopping experience so I can think while I shop, read labels and enjoy the environment of my special and favorite store as Bath & Body Works. I did find the items I wanted since I looked ahead of time on the website for ideas and made out my shopping list :) Great plan ! Lastly at check out, the cashier was nice, efficient and honored my 3 coupons carefully with one at a time showing what discount was for what item. Thank you ?? Sad I can't comment here to thank her since she DID NOT wear a name tag. ); I was very happy and pleased with my total purchases and especially my discount savings of $41.10 according to my receipt.
