NOVEMBER 24/2025: I made a $1790.20 purchase: $1400.00 for human hair and $ 270.00 for a synthetic wig. As of yesterday, after 6-7 phone calls to owner Melissa, she never returned ANY calls. I wanted to remind her of the conditions of the human hair sale. The human hair wig was to be inner-cap tailored, color-rooted, and styled. Four physical trips resulted in either no record of my appointment or a 35-minute wait to sit for a style of the synthetic wig sold to me, which was way too small. One assistant offers to cut & enlarge the synthetic wig during the only hands-on appointment. Last week on 12/16, I confirmed (recorded) with the alterations assistant, "Karen," that the wig would not be ready until Dec. 30. I was overcharged $60.00, marked as the 6% state sales tax. Do not recommend unless you want to be given the runaround for weeks on end and with no estimates on when they will be finished. It seems there is no communication between the employees and even less communication with the customer. Was very saddened by this experience after reading so many great reviews. What a pleasant experience! I purchased a synthetic topper from Rebecca's about 18 months ago to address my thinning hair, but found I was wearing it less and less. It just felt uncomfortable and the style was probably too youthful for me. I went in last week and met with seamstress Karen, who repositioned the clips for a better fit. She also encouraged me to get the topper cut into a style I liked better that framed my face. I then met with LaAngel, who cut the topper to perfection! She is EXTREMELY TOO EXPENSIVE! I think it is very greedy, outrageous and inconsiderate especially for clients who need wig services and who are going through illnesses. I will be starting chemo soon and since I know nothing about wigs, I decided to book a one-hour consultation with a professional, during which I expected I would find out: 1. the best wigs for chemo patients, 2. how to care for and store a wig, 3. input on the best style and color for me. I got none of this that was not prompted forth by me. The 'professional' just stood and stared at me with a half-smile until I asked a question, which, after answering, she went back to staring expentantly for me to ask another question. After 45 minutes of this and trying on wigs, I was tired of leading the 'consultation' and decided to leave with paid time on the table. I told her there were three wigs I thought I liked but I would come back with my sister so I could get her opinion on which I should get. The woman said "would you like to order one now so you won't have to pay another $25?" !! It is one thing to charge a fee for a 'Professional Consultant' (using the term loosely), but a fee to come back and shop? Mind-boggling! Yeah, if I get a wig it will not be here. And if you are not wise to the world of wigs, you won't learn anything here. Keep your $25. read more

I stopped in to Rebecca's wigs last week for the first time! I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and will be starting chemo in the next few weeks. I have very long hair and was sad to find out it would be gone. I spent a couple hours trying on wigs and could have tried on even more! Nancy was sooo wonderful along with the other staff. I ended up getting 2 wigs one of which matches my hair now almost identically! They also offer other services and I plan to return for them along with a head shave when it is time to wear my new wig! I'm a first time wig buyer; therefore I needed professional help. I did not get this at Rebecca's wigs in Farmington. I told Suzanne I did not want a heat sensitive wig. I found a shag Bob but needed to order my color. You have to pay up front and sign a not return release . Had I been able to use American Express I would have stopped payment. When I picked it up as I was walking out the door she told me not to let the bottom of the wig come in contact with clothing. At that point I realized she wasn't listening when I ordered it. It was heat sensitive and I couldn't return it. Do yourself a favor go to a reliable place or order online and save yourself $100. read more

I did have an appointment for a full consultation. I expressed concern about the fit and that it looked like it was popping up off my head and was assured it was the right fit and it just needed to be thinned and styled. i got it thinned 3x and styled and it still is not right; and i have been told by other people that it is too big. After getting another wig for $80 i have something to compare it to so i know when i say it is too big and i was not fitted right. The new wig i got fits my head and does not have extra material bunching up making it look like it is popping off my head. I unfortunately am a customer that did not get the right fitting or direction for a wig from your store. The wig I got from you does not have a way to adjust the size, there is no way to rectify this that I have been told from your store. I can appreciate your response but it doesnt fix anything. read more

So insensitive. Starting chemotherapy due to a young breast cancer diagnosis that came out of nowhere. After not finding exactly what I'm looking for at Rebecca's wigs, I asked for my head measurements. They refused to give them to me and said that's their information so THEY can help me find a wig - they told me to look up tutorials on how to get my head measurements online. I understand that they want the business, but as a wig salon they should have the goal of helping women feel beautiful during a very difficult time in their life regardless of where they find a wig that does that for them. I never thought I would be wig shopping at the age of 38, but when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, this became my reality. I stopped in Rebecca's without an appointment, and they welcomed me with open arms. They helped dry my tears as I tried on what felt like almost every wig in the shop, and never did they make me feel like I was taking too long. They just kept bringing me wigs to try. My visit to the studio was at the end of December 2018. I was interested in a topper. I made an appointment knowing I would have a one on one with the hair consultant. Well to my surprise she was also interacting with another customer and I felt like I didn't receive the custom service I should have. At times she would start asking questions and I didn't know if she was talking to me or the other person. I just didn't feel she was caring about my needs like she should have. The other person bought 2 wigs and I only bought a topper, maybe that was the reason! I really like the products they carry but I felt the service wasn't geniune. An establishment should treat everyone the same regardless of what you spend. I am trying to find another wig shop that gives better service. Hope I can find one. read more

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I was told I would lose my hair within a couple of weeks of my 1st treatment, needless to say I was so sad. I decided to cut my hair short and buy a wig before I lost my hair. I did not know what to expect I just remember the awful wigs my grandma wore. Believe me it is not your grandma's wigs anymore! I was in this store 2 weeks ago. I have hair loss due to female pattern baldness not a medical condition. I read the reviews online and thought this is were I need to go. When I arrived the woman who would be helping me look at me like I didn't belong there. She made comments during my appointment time like I still have hair...... These wigs are very expensive.....
