I wanted to give this place a 5 star review but I'm actually torn between 3-4 stars. Kim and her team of two ladies were super nice. The only downside was she had about 6 of us all getting Our hair colored and it seemed really chaotic and people were at times sitting there for a long time before anyone got to them. I know it's important to get as many customers as you can but I also believe In taking the quality and time for each customer and not making it seem like all the hairdressers were rushing around. I think the bleach might have been in my hair a bit too long because it's only been a week and my hair is breaking off whenever I brush it. I haven't washed it until today and haven't done any extra products or added heat so it was so disappointing to see. I LOVE the color she did and she did do her best to cut my hair the way I asked. But my hair is even more damaged now then before I went in. I think Kim does a great job in being honest in the end results however. I listened to her tell other clients realistic expectations for their first visits of bleaching their hair and etc. I think maybe I just came during a time she was overbooked. Overall a great place and again nothing wrong with the customer service provided. More of an issue with the end results of my hair being pretty damaged and breaking off . But hoping some olaplex can fix that! read more

This was one of the best salon experiences I've had in so long. With the pandemic and not having my hair done in so long it was so welcoming. Everyone is very professional Haley is very engaging and conversational and makes you feel at home. James is the best hairstylist I have ever had. I am a hairstylist worst nightmare, I have very fine hair, but a lot of fine hair easily broke at the ends. Mixed race so a lot of different colors and textures. So it's very hard to find a stylist that will do what I would like done which is full head bleach lifting until it's as platinum as possible. So we did a full lifting& full bleaching- when I saw him, and it was painless, it was professional he knows all the little tricks to save your hair and save time. He's very complimentary and easy to vibe with. Trust him he has a vision and he follows through and is very communicative the whole way through checking in to make sure that you are okay that your hair is okay and always keeps close watch when you're being colored. My hair was light brown to dark brown with a couple other different highlights in it. Natural highlights. And it is now platinum. And we will do another session in a couple weeks to get it all the way platinum. He says taking a break in between is important and I absolutely agree. He is very personable, works efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable on color and cuts. He did a perfect job at cutting my curly hair which now blows out smoothly and not frizzy.
