Despite not completing the full service, she still charged me for a full foil instead of a partial foil (which, by industry standards, is when only the top and sides are foiled). When I texted her afterward to point out that my receipt listed a full foil even though I only received a partial, her response was that "anything more than 15 foils is considered a full foil." This was very disappointing, as it doesn't align with what was booked or what I expected.

I don't have white highlights! My haircut is nothing like I requested. It's very outdated. I'm so disappointed!!! I needed to feel better about myself. I did a great deal of research before choosing this salon. The only thing I can do, is wait for my hair to grow and accept the fact I wasted money on lowlights when I requested highlights.

Beautiful and modern but approachable and comfortable salon spaces with an elegant, French vibe. The treatment rooms are cozy and featured lovely French music that was perfect for the setting. He walked me through all the phases of the facial and the benefits! Knowing the experience David has in this industry and the great esthetician offerings he has was definitely a reason I booked. I also scheduled a hair consultation with Mary after my facial to discuss some sizeable challenges I was having with my hair. I was able to get scheduled shortly after on an evening appointment (which are on Thursdays as of the time of this review). Mary spent a lot of time talking with me on what I wanted, what my problem areas/concerns were with my existing color, how we could make a plan and made sure we were both very comfortable before the color went in! I am just thrilled with the outcome and she is an expert colorist! She was very transparent about pricing and realistic expectations with what we could and could not do in order to achieve the best outcome. All while trying to figure out my hair as a new client. I had visited the salon a couple of years ago during a Yelp Elite event and was so excited to return for some wonderful appointment experiences!! They will ask you some questions to see if you are more of a cool or warm tone person, do you want frost (think light shimmer, not 1980's!) matte, gloss, cream base. You can even flavor it with pink champagne or raspberry truffle! I love bright colors so that's what we went with. You watch them make it right before your eyes. Legit, one of the coolest things I've ever experienced! I love my new colors! One is bright magenta and the other one just has some more red in it along with a touch of frost and moisturizer! The facials left my skin feeling wonderful and she was so warm and easy to talk to. I even convinced my partner to go in for a couple facials and he was very happy with the results. She usually works with Danie Patterson for bridal services and they were so much fun to spend the morning of my wedding with! My friends and I had such a great time getting to know them. They are both also incredibly talented. I do not wear a lot of makeup and Dani made sure to keep me looking like myself, just elevated. I also wanted to keep my natural curls - I showed Danie a couple pictures at the trial and talked through up vs down. She went right to work and came up with the most beautiful messy up-do to complement my curls. She also suggested using some dried flowers and arranged them in such a gorgeous way.
