It is hard to get in, you have to schedule ahead of time on the website, unfortunately, you can't just walk-in (ever), and get a blow out (though they told me I could when I got the membership). I maintain homes in multiple states, so I never know when I'll be at my Carmel home, or another, and I fly by the seat of my pants. Usually decide the night before to come back to Carmel or go to NC or WA, so that was frustrating at first. Because the blowouts roll over, but then expire, and sometimes I'm not around for months at a time, but ya know, just making it work, 1st world problems.
