Years later, and one doggo in addition-to, we still drive from Detroit for his expertise, genuine care and warmth. There is NO feeling like being assured and also having countless appointments of proof your babies are in the right hands. The desk clerk then got annoyed/rude when I asked what they did and for an item breakdown before paying. Thankfully I did, because she was planning on charging me double the price of a sample that I didn't even have done that day. I called another vet down the street and they said I'm not even the first person today to call with similar concerns about Northville Animal Hospital. They did say the meds I was given are right, but having all 3 is not normal and having any without a sample isn't normal. So this place was unhelpful, oversold (by a lot), and tried to hide the charges. This vet is 100% just a cash grab. I'm adding the 2nd star for the two employees that were amazing. The first one at the desk was helpful and the other employee went out of her way to come see my dog and pet her. Very great people. The 2nd desk employee was rude and unhelpful, and the doctor seemed okay but didn't explain much. I wouldn't go here again.

We brought our puppy that has never been groomed before and she was being quite difficult, so they suggested we bring her back in a few days later so she can get more used to the setting and the clippers etc., and we really appreciated the thoughtful way they handled that. We have taken our dog Zoey for grooming for a few years. This last year we have had a number of…read moreissues. Biggest one is (apparently) shampoo or other chemical in her eyes. This time has been the worse. Both eyes flame red, watering and she prefers to lay with her eyes closed. She can see when she walks, but who knows how well! We have put drops in her eyes which has helped. Last two times it took a couple days for Zoey to stop rubbing her eyes. That was one eye each time. This time it's both. We will be at our vet if this is not continually improving the next 24 hours. One time is an oops, multiple times is incompetence. We will not be returning to Posh Pets grooming any longer. We will be at our vets on Monday to insure Zoey is OK. Absolutely no longer recommend this groomer!

I have 2 long-haired dachshunds who are very anxious so having the groomer pull up to the door is very convenient. I can give the dogs their anxiety meds and then just hand them over. I've had 4 different groomers over the last 5 years and they are all excellent. Highly recommend! They are usually on time but if late I always get a text. They had to cancel one time due to an illness but rescheduled me quickly and without any problems. The price is worth it to me and I don't think it's outrageous for what they do. They bring everything right to your door Always with a smile.
