Which brings me to why we both were in ALL Nails & Spa hours before we were getting out of dodge and heading east. We picked the first place we saw and luckily they took walk-ins. We both "Ooohed & Ahhhhed" whilst our "Spa Spouses" tended to our ugly, unkempt feet. At the last minute, I decided to throw in acrylic fingernails. Why not? I'm here! Their turnover rate is pretty high. But Ansley is always there and reliable. She makes sure the temp isn't too hot. She does great wax pulls. And she doesn't make anything weird (I do my vag lol). She is super personable and great to talk to! Outside of that, I do love European wax centers because they have the buy 9, get 3 free deals and they don't expire so I always like a good deal! They also have products to prevent in-grown hairs and I didn't use any of those in my first few years and I was having in-growns a lot but then I finally started using them and the in-growns have lessened a lot. Also after going for so long, some of the hair does stop growing and it hurts way less to get waxed. I think it is a good place to go as long as you find a good waxer. First of all, the place is incredibly hard to find! There is no signage to make it clear that the spa is located inside and the space looks like it is either being sold or abandoned. While Richetta is really lovely to talk with, it was the most painful wax I have ever had. I ended up with 6 inch bruises where my legs meet my hips, and was told this was because either my pants or my underwear was too tight. I was wearing a dress. I have NEVER had this happen with previous waxes. It was so bad that my husband thought I was openly bleeding. 4 inches of skin was also taken off my eyebrows. It was incredibly painful and I would not recommend getting waxed here.
