been going to this nail salon for a year and before that I was went for years before! That's why I returned this last year! The last 3/4 months every single time that I have gone in the prices have not only gone up. I am now being charged between $80-$120 for the same thing that I've gotten the first time for $75! My fill last time was supposed to be 45 and ended up being 65 and that was free. FILL.I always get a full set sometimes with design and always the same type! They are aggressive and say oops . . I recently talked to my cosmetologist who is also an nail tech and she took a look at my nails and told me the reason why this is continuing to happen is because they're going over my nail bed and onto my skin as you can see on my pointer finger now, if I want nails like that, I could go to Walmart or Dollar tree or Dollar General and just get nail glue. I have a gel LED light thing and I do it myself with a dermal tool, but I don't wanna do my own nails, but they look like they were just glued on from a store.I went in today to get them fixed. Yes, they fix their nails for free if they fall off, but this happens every time I go in it's a week and a half and one or multiple of my nails lifted and fell off so it makes me have to continue to go back that is a draining process. I have no time to continue going to this place every other week to get my nails put back on but I just paid literally tons of money to have securely put on. I.went in today and I told her my middle finger and my pinky were lifting and about to fall off these were put on a week and a half ago and my two pointer fingers were the ones that fell off as you can see in the pictures they are longer and she didn't even take the time Nancy to fix the ones that were falling off or make sure that they weren't overlapping on my skin and shape them correctly. She did it so fast she was done literally 15 minutes and the whole time that I was there, all I heard was them talking in Vietnamese, saying my name ALY and that it's basically my fault because I have long nails they were laughing and talking crap the whole time it made me very upset! I think it is terrible and they actually think that you don't understand what shit they're saying when I can translate everything that they're saying which I did! I UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE SAYINGY TOLD MY HUSBAND AN I WILL NEVER FORGET IT! HOW RUDE THE GUY AND NANCY WHICH ARE THE OWNERS AND TJERE EMPLOYEE it's horrible when you're a loyal customer and it looks to me that they are more worried about quantity money over quality. It's just gotten worse and worse. Every time I go back because their work is being basically okayed by people coming back with out correcting them. My husband has put his foot down and I will not be returning this is the last time I NEVER go through my nails falling off and THEY DONT LISTEN to me and I've read so many reviews where THEY had the same experience they don't listen. They hurry through your nails and they have an excuse for every single thing that they do and why they do it instead of actually caring about what you're asking for and needing the first time I went in I got a full set with leopard print design they took their time they did great that was Nina and it was $75 from that day forward my nails have never stayed the same price. I understand designs five dollars more but there's always something extra and it's not making sense to me and the quality of my nail work has just gone down tremendously the longer your Customer, the worst you're treated and to be completely honest with you my husband is tired of it. I'm tired of it. He's made a point to say hey you know there's something that has to be done and so today was my last time going in there, especially how she treated me fixing nails that she messed up they asked me multiple times who did it? I said it was you Nancy the owner who did my nails she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about she asked me again. I told her you did my nails. She even tried to take a picture of MY NAILS FOR HER TikTok, like I was drawing blood from her hand for one of her videos acting like she didn't know that she did my nails my point is as she didn't take the time to sculpt them and put them back on correctly. The way that I paid for them when you're paying $80-$120 for your nails to be done. They should be done correctly and you shouldn't have to go back UNTIL FILLS every 3 weeks for me personally Quality read more

I tried this place out after reading some of the reviews. One thing you have to know unless you go to someone regular here It's very fast paced you have no interaction, very very impersonal. My nails were just OK but the day after I had one nail break completely in half and by day, four all my polish was chipped. I don't like when you tell somebody you want something and then they shape your nails completely different because that design will look better with that shape. She was rough with drill filling, I asked her to be more gentle and she said "I can't"!! She did not check to ensure my gel dried and it smeared when she had me to wash. I always have the best service when I come here. They are quick and precise. I always get a full set of acrylic pink and whites (I've done dip too, was great but didn't last as long just due to the fact I work with me hands) the artists are very friendly, and inviting. They offer you drinks and hang your coat up, or help you carry your things, even put on your shoes for you after a pedicure. I have gotten acrylic nail sets done by Tammy, Rose , Vanessa and even gotten a nail repaired by Nancy. Each definitely have their own style and strengths. ESPECIALLY if you like long nails or are really particular about your nail shape you will probably have to try multiple people (or hopefully immediately find the right one) , they have SO MANY NAIL TECHNICIANS ! Overall , my experiences here have always been great. I've literally been in the salon as the ONLY customer and literally almost FULL CAPACITY, and either way I'm still treated nicely and with care ! I walked in without an appointment & a man quickly waited on me. I said I needed a powder mani & regular pedi. He asked me to pick a color & then directed me to a pedi chair. I did not get the name of the woman who did both for me but she appeared to be older than most of the techs. Altho she was Vietnamese, she understood me and was very friendly. As she worked on my nails, she would ask me if the length was ok and made sure she filed them as I asked. She did a very good job matching the color and worked quickly but efficiently. The people were super nice but I will not be going back. My pedicure felt great but my toenails are unevenly cut per toe and I asked several times for the lady to clean up the polish off my skin and I left with polish still on my skin. The first nail tech I started with my mani showed me half of the options for chunky glitter and then when I picked one told me she couldn't do it on top of my color so I went to leave. Nancy then asked me at the front what I asked for and told me she could do it. I had to ask her to come all the way up with the color on my nail a couple times because there were gaps but other than that she did a great job. Overall all of the techs I experienced seemed to not pay any attention to details that should be priority in a nail business like covering the whole nail and not letting a client leave with polish on their skin. read more
