The ultimate example of her work occurred 6 years ago when I went into labor early and was forced to miss my appointment. A full 6 weeks after my last backfill, I had extensive growth, but ZERO breakage or lifting. She has been my go-to nail tech since "discovering" her work at a women's forum in Harrisburg in 2005. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. At a level 6 stylist, you would believe that Becca would have said she could not achieve the results requested.

As I sat down, the lady refused to do acrylic and would only do dip, even though this is a service they offer. I politely told her that I really wanted acrylic and she said no it isn't what I want. I then showed her an inspiration picture, and said that I wanted red nails with white chrome. She did dip and then put green chrome on my nails. I apologized and said that I didn't like them, she told me she would fix them but she was extremely rude and condescending. As she fixed my nails, she was rough buzzing the chrome off of them. I left so unhappy with my nails, which is sad because I come to this nail salon frequently during the college season. I would not recommend this nail salon, as you are paying a high price to not receive the nails that you want. Extremely disappointing.

My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.

My sisters, mom, and I were all over the moon with how our hairstyles and makeup turned out. This is a lot coming from someone who doesn't normally wear makeup and didn't want to look super caked up on my big day. The salon is adorable and we bought a bunch of products for our hair, purses, and hair clips while we were in for our services. Upon walking in, i was greeted immediately and was given a new client envelope filled with coupons to use in the future. That was awesome! I saw Erica. I had already seen her work on IG and she is AMAZING!!! I was scheduled for a blowout, but when she saw my hair (which another stylist at another high end salon) had don't to my hair, she asked me if I wanted her to shape it up. She knew immediately what the other stylist had done. I have thin hair, and Erica brought it back to life with a little of her magic. Not only does my hair look fuller, but it now has shape to it. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so at ease. I'm going back Friday for color and I'm so excited!! I would definitely recommend Erica. Went in and got a manicure & pedicure from Mia. I showed her a picture of what I would like and she was absolutely wonderful. She has AMAZING talent. She didn't use any stencils to draw the nail art on, she did it freehand. She is a perfectionist and made sure my nails were cleaned up with no hangnails or skin around my nail beds. My pedicure was just as BEAUTIFUL. She also is a wonderful person to talk to and you can tell she loves what she does. Since getting these done, I had numerous people stop me and tell me how beautiful my nails and pedicure look.
