I inquired and my wife did also. Got a refund and then the Owner decided to cancel our membership altogether. Also the restrooms smell like death all the time and as others have stated much of the equipment is in disrepair and not usable. It seems no one has the job to clean and maintain restrooms with visible stains of (^%$&) on the wall. Very happy to go elsewhere or reinvest our fee into home gym equipment.

After over a year of my daughter attending gymnastics classes and multiple negative experiences, I…read moredo not recommend this facility to anyone. My daughter had three different coaches over the course of a year. The first two were great, the last one (Jayme) was abysmal. If you don't plan on having your child join their gymnastics team, your child will be treated as an after thought and dumped on the bottom of the barrel coach. My daughter left class crying one day because the coach called her lazy because she was too scared to do a back bend for fear of breaking her neck. This particular coach has no idea how to speak to children and has no business working with them. I've given the owner multiple chances to rectify my dissatisfaction, my email was ignored and she basically told my husband on the phone today that she doesn't know how to run her own system. Gymnastics has been completely ruined for my daughter now and she doesn't even want to enroll at a new facility. If you value your child's mental and physical well-being, find another gym.
