I wanted to try something new but honestly was a little intimidated because I was heavy. Don't let that stop you! The coaches are FANTASTIC! They're very knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about their career. I'm currently doing semi private classes (2-4 ppl to a class) for strength training with bands and light weight. I also participate in CrossFit doing heavier weights to help increase muscle mass. If you're new to this, don't worry. The coaches make sure to have a scaled or modified version of the exercise for you. Also this is basically a one stop shop. In addition to being certified in sports training /CrossFit, the coaches are certified nutritionist, and sports massage therapist. I can't say enough how much my fitness has improved for the better.
