I've never seen stylists work so well together that they'd hand a client off to a peer, even when they should. Shout out to Geovanna, I appreciate you! Serena was amazing and did such a great job, it looks exactly how I envisioned. She was also super organized and efficient. Ava and Gianna would also stop by to check in (and document the process). From the moment I sat in her chair she made me feel comfortable and she was so easy to talk to and it was like she read my mind. I explained what I liked and what I didn't like and she delivered BEYOND my expectations! I am sooooo looking forward to my next appointment with her in a few weeks. But when I came back to go a bit lighter and have my root touched up. I originally only had Lara doing my hair but then another stylist named Devon came to help her with it. I explained what I wanted again and they started my hair. they foiled my entire head which was already alarming since I had only asked to brighten it up a bit and touch up my root. But instead of lightening up she made me brown with blonde highlights and a money piece. I was already blonde and I did not ask for brown, I am distraught and it has ruined the way i view hair salons. I also asked for a small trim, Devon took 3 inches off my hair including layers I did not ask for. We paid $400 for this service just for It to turn out being the exact opposite of what I asked for. If you value being heard and listened to when it comes to what is going on when it comes to your hair, I would not go here, or at least let Devon and Lara touch your hair.

I requested a trim, roller-set and blow out and Sugeiry got right to work. I base alot on the first step (hair being washed) and she did a great job. My trim turned into a proper haircut (loosing some length) but I not only had alot of split ends but they were high on my hair shaft.....so it had to be cut and appreciate her assessing my hair, damage and how to get me back on track to growing it long. Sugeiry asks all the right questions which I feel is key to being a good beautician and offers great advice on caring for your hair at home. Ashley was absolutely amazing, the best haircut I've ever had, and her unexpected passing was heartbreaking. I recently tried to book an appointment and was told I needed to keep a credit card on file. I politely said I wasn't comfortable with that. The receptionist said she would ask the owner, Marina, if an exception could be made, and she refused, so I chose not to book. After being a loyal client for so many years, the lack of flexibility and customer service was really disappointing. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience due to poor customer service, do better. I'll also be sharing my feedback on other review platforms.
