We were supposed to get couples massages and facials but they called they day before and canceled…read morethe massage, but only one of them. I decided to still go for my treatment. I showed up and after my facial they said they actually canceled my massage too. The receptionist said she told me both were canceled but she absolutely did not. We got a babysitter and everything so it just turned what was supposed to be a nice relaxing couples day into the opposite and I will go somewhere else next time.

And thank-you to the owner, Vivian for being accommodating on the phone when I inquired about my appointment ahead of time. You guys are great!

The room is so calm and relaxing. The decor is so nice, I was mesmerized by it. The service was great, very relaxing. It's kind of like an extended shampoo, with extra massages and essential oils. After meeting with the stylist, you are brought into a room that has 3 stations and beautiful decor. Lie back, get cozy and prepare to be pampered. You can add a blow out, but I opted not to since it was a humid and rainy that day. The salon offers many other services including hair services and raiki. He wanted to purchase a cash gift card, but they talked him into purchasing a service. Meanwhile, on my birthday I scheduled a massage. The Massage Service, because it was my first time, showed that it would be $89 for a 50 minute massage. The massage itself was wonderful. It was relaxing and Merin did a great job. Unfortunately, when I went to pay with the gift card, I was told that the service cost $139 instead of $89 and I was expected to pay for the tip on top of the expensive gift card. I spoke to the manager stating that I didn't think that was fair not to honor the Online price for my initial service. Jess was nice, but she said she could not honor the price. I think that is quite ridiculous. I will not go back now, just on principal. They should have honored the price that was promised to me in order to let me know that I am valued as a customer. Very unfortunate experience Sense they easily could have honored the price and made me very happy on my birthday.
