They connected my baby's iPad to wi-fi, so communication was not an issue. They call when they are about 20 minutes from being done. Shakeira started on my kid's hair immediately. And she was done in 2.5hrs which is more than responsible. My kid and stylist decided on style of braids. The total look and experience was beyond my expectations. Braids neat.
