During the free consultation, I was told what to expect as far as the procedure, the price, and the healing process in reference to my skin type (which is oily). The procedure is as if a tattoo and permanent makeup has a baby! Lol! But she does use anesthesia! Her boutique was as glamorous as she is, and easy to find. She communicates thoroughly and measures OFTEN! She ensures that the customer, as well as herself, is happy with what she's "designed" for your brows. This is not the kind of place you run in, have permanent makeup put on, then next customer. The attention on you and the details of your service are purely in focus with her. My permanent eyeliner is healing up nicely and it looks very natural and soft. Not the harshness I have seen from other places when I researched it online, just clean, delicate liner that is super flattering and makes your daily routine easier. Victoria provides great aftercare products and instructions. Victoria is a very skilled pigment artist that also covers wounds and scars with natural pigment permanent makeup on skin. For breast cancer reconstruction there is areola permanent makeup to recreate the appearance of the breast area. It's amazing work that she does to make people feel confident!
