Visiting Florida for a few months. Adam was amazing. My stylist at home wrote down the formula she usually uses which Adam reviewed - but he pointed out the Florida sun made my hair brassy and he suggested a cooler shade. Very very happy with Adam who was very personable and very knowledgeable. And shout out to Elise who helped out with shampoo and toner- she's a great addition (new to this salon) to the team! If I could give them no stars I would. I went to the salon on airport pulling for two years and had no issues. When organic salon moved into mulberry, everything changed. I went to Annabelle and she was terrific However, when they two salons combined, everything changed. I could not even get a call back. When I asked her about it, she told me she knew I didn't care for the new salon and she was busy ......I was so shocked I never went back. read more

First time coming to get my haircut having recently moved to Naples. I LOVED my hair dresser I had in California and really didn't think I'd find someone who could do my hair like he did. Well I was wrong! I found this place on a recommendation from my friend and was pleasantly surprised. i came to this salon to get my hair all the same shade of pink. the first time, amber let me go home with pink, orange, yellow, white, and peach strands in my hair, and orange bangs and roots and a pink underside of hair. no stand tests were done on my hair, and she ran out of pink dye halfway and then used an entire different mix of hair dye to the rest of my head, making only half my hair a dark pink, and the rest discolored. i contacted her and although they never admitted their mistakes they let me come back because "i liked the darker pink more" according to them. we agreed they would bleach my bangs, and dye my whole head the strand of pink that was on my hair so that it would finally be even. they bleached my bangs, without adding any dye remover so my bangs were still bright orange. and just use a pink dye shampoo in the sink. it faded completely after i washed it with pink shampoo that she gave me, 4 days later. the photos are my hair 2 washes from the second "dye" they did. everyone in the salon kept defending the hair stylist and saying that i loved my hair when i didnt and the owner of the salon wouldn't meet with me in person so that i could even show them it or explain it to them. i did get a full refund, but i just want to warn others before coming here. read more

Excellent & modern facility! Although primarily a salon for women, men are also welcome. Staff are trained as hair stylists & barbers. Men's haircuts are approximately $30.00. My wife had her hair done at the same & was extremely happy with the service & results. The staff are friendly, pleasant & knowledgeable! Highly recommend this facility! read more

I love Salon Mulberry!!! All the stylists are wonderful . I met with Jessica the other day and she did a root touch up and a haircut for me. She was extremely thorough in making sure every last spot was covered. It was worth the extra time it took. She listened carefully to what I wanted in a haircut. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk until I left I felt so comfortable and at home that I knew I would be back. Brooke is very good at what she does and very personable. I grew up in Naples and came back for vacation and needed a good cut for my layered, long blonde hair. This salon had amazing reviews online, and I wasn't disappointed! I booked online the night before and had my hair cut by Sofia. She's so great and sweet! The salon itself is immaculately clean and the washing chairs are very comfortable. I just came to Naples for three months and needed to find a hair salon. I really got lucky on my first try. I called mulberry salon and told them what I wanted and they made an appointment for me with Alicia. I just had my color done and she did a great job so I made a appointment for the next month. My hair was in need of a cut and I was going to wait till I got home to my regular stylist but I decided to have Alicia cut it. I showed her a picture of a style that I liked and she did the most incredible job! My hair was pretty long and I usually regret cutting it but this is the first time that I can honestly say that I love it! Alicia is a true professional.
