I just moved to the area and wanted to try out a salon before getting color and such and figured a trim was a good place to start. Everything there was fine. Frriendlyy staff, everything was time efficient, lovely salon. Then I noticed how my trim of my hair that went down to my belt was now at my waist/bOttom of my ribs. So we're talking like 5". That was beyond unsettling but then I noticed the worst. One side was about 2" shorter than the other and my ends were completely destroyed, like more split ends than I came in with. I called to complain and the owner fixed the issue with a dry cut. My ends are now a complete nightmare but because my hair is already so much shorter than I wanted, I don't even want to go remedy this yet and my hair looks like a wreck. Maybe my experience was rare but I can't fully express my full disappointment and maybe I can help someone else out.

My first stop was Studio One and I was greeted warmly and told I could see Kristen in a couple minutes. She was warm and I could tell that she understood color and understood what my needs were. She spent ten minutes talking to me about my hair and asked me lots of questions. I knew that no other salons would be necessary...... she was my new hairstylist!! The next day I came in and she colored the gray, gave me highlights, low lights and cut my hair perfectly. I could tell before she even styled my hair that the color was perfect. Prices were more than fair, everyone was very nice and it is a salon that makes you feel very warm and fuzzy. Kristen has 20 years experience and it shows. She is very sweet too. I am so happy that I found Studio One and especially found Kristen. Don't hesitate to call and ask for her, you will not be sorry.

I've been having my hair professionally cut and colored for years now, but the technique and process at Salon 39 made my hair look so much better, even days later when I'm styling it myself. I was especially happy to see how well the color lasted. With other salons, my color would barely last a week - even with proper care - and I was left wondering what I paid for. It's been a month since my visit to Salon 39 and my color is solid and looks great. The staff are so nice and very focused on customer service. They took their time and made sure I was totally happy with my hair. I usually don't enjoy getting my hair cut, it's more of a chore for me, but I'm sincerely looking forward to my next visit and the many more to come!

Salon Anna Noelle is a beautiful, super clean shop with the most friendly staff. Immediately I felt at ease. The decor is lovely and welcoming. Anna is nothing short of incredible. I showed her a photograph, and Anna knew exactly how to make it work for me. It's not merely a hair style ~ it's a true cut so when recreating the style at home, it falls into place. There's no struggle, no over drying, no bad hair days. When I say Anna is a miracle worker it still doesn't give her justice. Her talents and skill are honestly unbelievable. Thank you Anna!!

REPLY TO OWNER…read more Anna, I need to clarify the facts since your reply misrepresents what happened. I actually came back to the salon about 20 minutes after my appointment because the haircut was uneven, and I told you in person that I hated it. It didn't look like any of the photos I showed you -- I asked for long, blended layers - the length to be 2" below my collarbone, and instead my hair was cut into a much shorter bob. The result is at least 5" shorter than what I requested, and the bottom 3" of my hair is very frizzy from the thinning shears. I never get the bottom of my hair layered nor did the pictures I showed you have that style. You also charged me $240 instead of the $160 I was quoted for root color, highlight touch-up, and a haircut -- a 50% upcharge that you said was for extra product. It doesn't make sense that all three services cost $160, but "extra product" alone cost $90 more. This is not blackmail. I waited months hoping you would make it right, but nothing was done. In the meantime, I've had to spend hundreds of dollars on products and tools trying to manage a haircut I didn't ask for -- one I will now be stuck with for a year while it grows out. My review reflects my honest experience so others know what to expect. I would have gladly refrained from posting a review or updated it if my concerns had been handled professionally.
