I went to the salon and showed a picture of what I wanted done. The results were awful and nothing…read morelike the picture. I paid $200 for something that looked like I did it myself. This wouldn't have bothered me too much, sometimes it happens that you get a bad stylist. What bothered me is that I reached out about it. I showed pictures of my hair and how bad it looked, and they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't refund my money. I told them to let the stylist keep the tip portion because it was still time out of her day, but I didn't get what I paid for. So I gave this place money in exchange for a service that I never received. I wouldn't have even left a review if they had made this right, but I'm appalled that they could look at how bad my hair looked and do nothing about it. Honestly, just leaves me speechless and goes to show the ethics of management.

And a claim that my "hair integrity" was paramount according to the owner, but my results were damaged ends and muddy hair color so the "integrity" is just a buzz word for these folks with absolutely NO knowledge of how to maintain hair integrity. No one in this salon has ANY integrity and unfortunately zero talent. They are willing to take your money whether they can achieve your desired results or not. Do your homework and avoid Haven Salon. In my first review I raved about this salon because of the quality of our cuts and then we had a not so good experience but knowing the owner cares and guarantees to prevent this from happening to anyone else and apologized and gave us our money back and offered to fix it means that she does truly care about her clients. Originally I recommended this business but unfortunately after our last experience I will no longer recommend this business. My daughter 12 yrs old and her daddy went and had her cut there and my daughter came home crying because the woman who cut her hair absolutely butchered her hair. It was awful. I immediately reached out to the owner and said hey my daughter's hair looks terrible can we work to fix this, the owner never responded. I emailed and texted her. I know people will say your daughter should have said something while there well she is 12 and she didn't want to hurt the ladies feelings and didn't want her to get mad.
