The cut looks like the stylist took a chainsaw to it and the color is trailer park to say the least. How hard is it to do highlights really? When I contacted the stylist the day after to let her know that after styling myself I was really upset she told me "in all my 30 years and owning two salons, I have NEVER had anyone complain. You clearly need help and are too difficult to please!" How rude!!! Sarah is great at consultations and talked me into going back to platinum right before my wedding. I was a little nervous, but I'm so glad I took her advice! I went into get a short cut because I was donating my hair and Sarah made sure to get a clear idea of how much I wanted to cut and what kind of hairstyle I was going for. I have never gotten a short cut and Sarah really helped me settle on what hairstyle was best for my length of hair and face.
