Detra has been a blessing to me! She listens to what you want then works her magic to make you feel beautiful every time you get out of the salon chair. Detra is knowledgeable about hair, color, cuts and all the new products that are out. She is so kind, down to earth and makes everyone feel welcome. She takes time with her clients and it doesn't end after the hair service. I have even watched her walk her senior clients out to their car to ensure they are safe. I have had two or three haircuts there. The cuts were well done at a reasonable price. I find it problematic that someone in business does not answer their phone or return calls. I have to try multiple times to get an appointment. I tried to today to walk-in. Despite the business hours posted as 9a -4p., at 2:30 the shop was dark and empty. Not sure how they stay in business. They have lost mine. I will go somewhere that is responsive to customers and keeps regular business hours. read more

I was told that I could not repair my hair by a highly recommended salon in Cartersville. Savannah took the time to meet me on a Saturday morning. She spent so much time explaining how I could help turn my hair from the ruined page pink color it had turned in just 2 weeks of a vibrant red. She took her time, was so patient and gave me advice on what to do to get back to blonde in the time I wished. I would recommend this salon to anyone asking.
