I would have loved to love the salon but I was there a week or so ago and unfortunately, there was a stylist that was borderline assaulting the front desk girl and nobody did anything about it. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life that I would struggle to go back. I called to ask the Stylist was in that station, and apparently her name is Bonnie. I would avoid her... personally I think people who have anger management issues and take it out on staff shouldn't be allowed to work in a public setting. read more

Svetlana, the owner, did my nails even though she doesn't usually (she said she usually manages the salon)--she just stepped up to help out her staff, which I thought was awesome. What a terrible experience. Had a 1:00 appt, they called at 12:30 to ask me to come 20-30 mins later, so I did, and I still waited 40 minutes. I brought a reference pic as I wanted balayage and dye, my hair looks NOTHING like what I wanted. I had to hold back tears as I stayed there waiting for her to futilely attempt to fix my hair. I hate it. I'll be going to another salon for them to fix the nightmare they did. I was there for almost 4 hours and couldn't be more unhappy. Recently relocated to Boca Raton from Orlando and was concerned that I would not be able to find a salon that would meet my expectations. After some research on YELP and learning about Blow Out offer on Facebook, I decided to give Salon 300 a try. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon with the intent to check out the place and make a future appointment. Ella, at the front desk, was welcoming and made me feel right at home. She mentioned that she has a great stylist available to see me right away. Instead of making my intended future appointment, I went ahead and sat with Margarita. Margarita sat with me and I felt comfortable with her right away. She was funny, warm, and from our conversation I saw that she was a seasoned and talented stylist. I asked from a refresh to my hair cut (I'm currently pregnant and taking advantage of the preggo hormones to let my hair grow as long as possible) and make sure that she did not take any length off. I always cringe at the thought of this since most stylist can go a little scissor happy and trim too much. I had nothing to worry about in the end, Margarita knew exactly how to just trim for shape and to take off some of the dead ends but not affect my length at all. I was sooooo impressed. She knew exactly what I wanted, how to make it happen, and made me happy. Then came the blow out; she took the time to give me styling tips and tricks. This is my favorite salon in Boca, possibly anywhere in S. FL! Beau Beauregard is an awesome hairstylist - I have gotten tons of comments about how great my hair looked after my last haircut with him, even after many washes and many times styling it on my own at home. I've got Asian hair which can be very tricky to handle, but Beau is a professionally well-trained and well seasoned stylist and knew just what to do in order to give me the volume I wanted without sacrificing the length that I need. Everyone at the salon is super nice and knowledgable, it's a very upscale environment which I think often puts people at ease, and the prices are way more reasonable than the upscale salons down in Miami even the results are just as good and oftentimes BETTER.
