I've had these before, so I knew what to expect, but the first thing the provider said to me was, "I hope you brought a swimsuit." That felt odd -- what if I hadn't? She then left me on the table to gather supplies. That time came directly out of my session, so my "50-minute service" ended up being closer to 30- minutes. On top of that I was cold the entire time. Next, I had a facial. It mostly consisted of my face being washed several times, then a mask applied. After that, the provider left the room for about 20 minutes, and I was extremely frustrated because nothing was happening. I even considered getting up and leaving. When I voiced my concerns to the receptionist afterward, her only suggestion was that I try a massage instead. I booked a massage and requested a face and head massage, but it seemed like no one there had ever done that before. The massage felt unskilled -- honestly like a three-year-old was doing it. It was so bad and extremely disappointing. Overall, the services were very expensive for the little service you actually receive, and what was meant to be a relaxing birthday treat turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
