Brianna did a good job but since I paid for add on brow wax it seems my 90min fascial was short because from start to finish with add on was only about 75min. She did a good job otherwise. Despite having proof of my purchase, they completely ignored it and even refused to give me access to the machinerecords that could show what was actually done. But once you pay, they switch completely -- suddenly you are ignored, dismissed, and treated as if they are doing you a favor, even though you already paid in full. They lie, mislead, and try to make you feel like the problem is yours, not theirs. I felt pressured, disrespected, and completely taken advantage of. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a business. They promised a complete treatment package, but what I got was half-done, shorted, and mishandled, and instead of fixing it, they tried to squeeze even more money out of me.
