Each technician has their own site to book with and they don't use the same terms necessarily. I'm sure this is one of those 'once you're in, you're in' places but I couldn't find a single employee where I either understood their service lingo or had availability in the next few days. I'm not rating their service-they seem extremely talented. I was just disappointed I couldn't try them out after spending 20-30 minutes on their site and being within walking distance of their business.

I arrived and it was one woman doing someone's nails in an empty salon...on a Saturday. I waited a few minutes and her husband arrived to do my pedi, which was honestly pretty disappointing, but he was very nice and my toe polish looked good so I let it slide. By the time I sat with her to get my nails done, not a single person had called or walked in. That should have been my sign. I could tell they were going to end up badly from the beginning as she piled on uneven amounts of acrylic. I thought "trust the process." I shouldn't have. They were so bad. I didn't even let her paint them because I knew I was gonna have to take them off. I paid, left and fumed for twenty minutes in the car, then drove off. I was going to have to go home and soak them off, or pay another place to fix this mess. I finally talked myself into calling and asking for a refund. She gave me my money back and I appreciate that but the more I think about it, the less comfortable I feel letting anyone else spend a dime here. They are so bad. The human who answered the phone was so understanding and told me they would fix my nails for free. When I got there, the gentleman with white hair told me I didn't call within the ten days (was never told) and every time I tried to explain what happened he would interrupt and say "I see that, but..." being extremely rude in his tone. When I asked for them to just be taken off so I could leave he said the nail tech would come out and fix them. When I saw how he treated the staff and she hadn't gotten far with with my nails, I just asked her to remove the old set so I could leave, I did not want to support a business that treats their staff this way. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. Also the prices were not that bad either. One thing I can say for certain is that we have found our nail salon moving forward. Coming here you will not be disappointed. They take great care of you and leave you feeling beautiful.
