Overall: Exceptional and consistent place for massages. I have finally found my regular place and now have a massage membership. I have yet to try their other services, like lashes and facials. Massages: Prefer deep tissue massages and have tried the bamboo massage once. I like how firm the pressure is and they lighten or go deeper depending on what you need. For a good 1-2 days after my 90-minute massages and 120-minute massage, I was tension and ache-free! I contemplated the monthly membership for a good few months, trying three different massage therapists before I finally committed as a regular. I also like the quality of their massage oils - it's not sticky feeling and smells nice. It absorbs into your skin so you feel fresh and moisturized on top of being a relaxed puddle. Vibe: Private and zen. The massage bed is heated, which adds to the relaxing environment . Space: Room size is just right where it feels cozy and spacey at the same time. Clean. Service: Professional and personalized. Front desk and appointment scheduler usually notifies me ahead of time if there are changes via email and/or phone. I had a 60 min facial with Veronica and WOW. It was the fastest hour because I was so relaxed and soaking it all in. Veronica gave me a firm and gentle face massage as she curated different cleaners and moisturizers for my skin. She was very generous with hot towels - I think she used 5 fresh towels just in the first 30 min and they were hot! (which I loved). In the times the serums needed to soak into my skin longer, she would immediately move onto a chest, arm, hand, or scalp massage. And wow, if she ever wants to add masseuse to her skillset, I'll be the first to sign up. She gave one of the best hand massages I've ever had! They won't see them without having THEIR credit card number on file and if for some reason the gift receiver can't make an appointment they charge them half the appointment fee for not going. I spoke to two women there to set up the appointment gifted to me for mothers day by my daughter and got nothing but bad attitudes and combativeness on the other end of the line..... I would rather burn my voucher then to deal with these unprofessional people!
