The girls at the desk were very friendly and nice with checking in. The inside looked clean, and organized. What threw me off was when the girl who started doing my hair had someone else belong I guess they have assistants now to help with hair ? Usually when I've gotten my hair down the last it was only one stylist doing my hair but here there's helpers so it's not just the hair stylist . Little confusing when it came time to tip because it's basically an extra person I didn't plan on tipping . The end trust of my hair was definitely how k wanted so no complaints ! They didn't a good job and the best part was being in and not with an hour even with highlights , cut and blowout .

Single process meaning just a root touch up, but that is not written on the ad. I paid an additional $25 and was told of the increase as soon as I sat down, so no deception. Just wish I knew prior to the appointment. I also did not know there was a 4% fee for credit cards. Unfortunately did not see any wording on website to inform me of this fee. Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. Please note, there are no prices posted in the store, on a website or in a brochure.

The hairstylist did not know what those were yet proceeded anyways to bleach my very dark black hair into WHITEblonde via bleach for over an hour. I didn't say anything because I haven't gotten any sort of bleach in years so I decided to trust the "professional", boy was that a mistake. After 3 hours I had silver gray strips and was asked if I liked it. I politely told her that I did not and it was not what I asked for and if she could make it ash brown. She proceeded to smile and stare at me like I was stupid and told me that the photo i showed her looked like my hair. It in fact did not. I again calmly explained to her for the 5th time I wanted my hair to be ash brown. This is a very specific and widely recognized color in the hair dye industry. I continued to explain what ash brown was, a light cool toned brown, kind of like milk tea. She then went to the back and put dye in my hair. I did not know what color it was but I was hoping it was the color I asked for. It was in fact not. I asked after she put it on and she told me it was medium blonde??? Cherry on top, she told me it was the same color she had in her hair!! Oh wow. I again did not say anything because I had been there for so long I just wanted to go home. She continued to say that what I asked for was not what I "truly wanted"and I didn't "know what I want" because she said I suit the warm tone better. I in fact look horrible in warm tones, I wear silver jewelry and am a deep winter complexion. I think she thinks I must look in warm tones because that's what she look better in I guess idk. As a person of color, do not come here, my Asian hair is now completely damaged and I spent $235 on fried hair that I am not happy with, wasting 3 1/2 hours of my time. I still left a decent tip and paid all that money but now regret being so polite about it. This is my first time writing a review ever but I am so upset, I had to say something atleast so others will not make the same mistake. I regret ever walking foot into this building.

I am a colorist who had to do her own color through Covid. My boyfriend thought it would make a nice anniversary gift to get my hair "color corrected" by calling and making an appointment for "just a few foils on the top". Mind you, I have the head of hair that people have said no. It's just too thick. Jay somehow ended up with me booked as his last client of the evening - he didn't fret whatsoever even tho both him and I (as a colorist) knew this was going to take some time! He never gave me an attitude about my hair being thick and doing a FULL HEAD OF HIGHLIGHTS plus whatever other magic he did. This is the ONE TIME I DID NOT have to worry and even tho it took quite some time, He never got an attitude, and he was thorough. I should've reviewed the first and second time I went in. However I did go back for a blowout and left with hair I am obsessed with - for the holiday weekend! So I will put pics of after the first session at the salon and then 2 days ago when I went in for a blowout! Thank you so much Jay and Lisa! Not gonna lie, during the whole pandemic, I really didn't take care of my nails, like I should have. But as soon as I could get back to Pasch, I was at the door. Now they are all pretty all the time. Appointments are easy to make, plenty of time given, no rushing, salon is clean and comfortable and Jess does an awesome job!!! Going to the salon is my treat to me, and I hate when my appointment time is rushed, we are hovered over or I am made to feel that I am just $$, at Pasch that doesn't happen and that is a huge plus for me.
