Ever since I discovered them I never go anywhere else!! I just get haircuts, pretty much buzzcuts. But once I found them I introduced my wife to them and that was it, she never goes anywhere else. Extremely POOR quality of Service!! I do NOT recommend this place for a cut color and or High lights!! they DO not provide the Color you request! the partials i requested you can't even see any Highlights at all!! i was very Disappointed they left my hair looking all GREY without highlights as i requested!! they did offer to correct the problem with a Toner!! came back the next day and the TONER they used turned my color into a RED BROWN SOLID color!! no where near too making it a WARM Beige on the HIGHLIGHTS that were completely UNVISIBLE!! they CHARED me $180 that's not including the TIP I gave them that they did NOT deserve!! they don't care about the customer!! the place isnt quite clean / sanitized!! their capes are Dirty as they STAINED my blouse!!! I've came here about four times, only the first time was ok. The last time, I went in for a balayage and long layers. I grew out my hair for over a year to get rid of old hair dye. My hair was down my back long. I asked the stylists if she knew how to do balayage and showed her a picture and she said yes. She does NOT know what she's doing. She over processed my hair, it became gummy like, gave me a botched hair cut when I told her 2 inches off. When I saw the final "result" I wanted to cry and not even pay but i am not rude. I will not be coming back here after paying $100+ and a week later paying another $100+ to get it fixed with a true professional. If you're a man you're fine, women stay out of here. Cheap services are cheap for a reason. The owner who hardly is around and seems to have an attitude is the only one who somewhat knows what he's doing. read more

I walked in for the first time and was hoping to book an appointment for a haircut. I walked in and saw one lady sitting on a chair and one employee cutting a mans hair. I didn't get greeted, so I said hello first. I stood by the reception desk and just waited to be helped. No one asked "how can I help you?." One employee was outside standing in front of the building. He saw me through the window. He came inside and walked right past me. I spoke up and said, "do you guys take appointments? I would like a haircut next week." The man stopped and said, "we don't because people always come late to the appointment or don't show up." I said, "ok, I live down the block so I need a haircut next Wednesday." He said ok, no problem and walked away. Honestly, I didn't feel welcome so ill be taking my business somewhere else. So I tried this place because of the reviews on yelp. I guess they had decent stylists but mine seemed to be in a rush. Granted I had her do three cuts, two kids and one adult, but all three were choppy and she didn't listen when I told her exactly how I wanted mine. I won't be going back. read more

I normally am understanding of mistakes that happen in the service industry but If i could give this Salon a negative star i would. I walked in this morning with a simple request of getting long layers and some framing pieces around my face. I've come to this salon before and asked for the same thing and it came out excellent. However, this was sadly not the case. My length took me 4+ years to grow out and I definitely felt an attachment to my hair as anyone would. I showed the stylist a picture of what i wanted and specified LONG layers and to keep the length. She reiterated back to me and i confirmed. I sat in the chair not paying attention and trusting she knew what i wanted based upon the photo i showed her. She made me look up to see if i liked it only to see that she had given me a modern mullet. The top section was full, short and there were two measly long strands of hair at the bottom for my "length." She insisted to keep cutting my hair when i told her not too. If it wasn't for Jose who tried to explain to her what i actually wanted, but sadly it was too late and about half of my head of hair was on the floor at that point. All she did was shrug her shoulders and say "sorry".... this doesnt justify that i came in trusting your salon would do a great job. Hair does grow back but now i'm going to have to wait another 3+ years for mine to grow back. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and surely will not be returning and do not recommend any women to come here either. read more

Save your $8 and go to a professional! This lady seemed like in rush, she had no clue what she was doing! I went from hair down to my waist to a haircut up to my collarbone! I told her just a TRIM and she decided to scissor happy! She kept yanking my hair, she was literally pulling my hair out! Very disappointed in the service I received. I will not be going back!
