I had an appointment with her in the morning, and she was 20 min late. I didn't mind this time, but I did tell her we needed to finish on time because I had work later on in the day. During the processing point, she took 2 walk in haircuts back to back. I started noticing time go by, and was concerned at how long I had the foil in my hair for. Mind you, I did tell her that I was on crunch time, as she kept getting sidetracked majority of the time, checking her phone a lot + the 2 walk ins. By the time she got to my hair, I was super super behind on time. I think she probably took over 45 min to check on my hair even though I told her I'm sure my hair was ready for the foils to be taken out. I reiterated to her that if she was going to take walk ins and be late to her booked appt, to have booked me for another time where she can really devote her time and effort, and not give a half effort. My hair as the days came, really felt like spaghetti. I literally cried cause I knew I was going to have to cut it due to severe damage. Went to another stylist to cut my hair and they told me I had to cut off a lot, and that my hair was in a super fragile state that needed deep treatment. I love Cindy but due to the horrible time management and lack of efforts in our last few appointments, I sadly don't think I'll be returning back, in fear of damaging my hair again to the point of no fixing.

I walked thru what I was hoping to achieve with Kellie and she got to work! I'd cut his hair too short and too blunt, which was killing his curls and making it get way too frizzy too easily. My son sat on my lap cause he was feeling shy and clingy, but she was able to accommodate. He sat very still so we were able to chat while she cut, which was nice! She buzzed the sides a bit, texturized his hair, added layers, and evened out the length of his bangs and hair. In the end, it's exactly what I was hoping for! His hair is now back to life, and it was very reasonably priced imo. I will most definitely be back next time he needs a cut, rather than trying to do it myself :) thank you!

This is one of the most honest and serious reviews I've ever written. I was referred to Lida Zhmatkesh at Salon Vitor by someone who had a good experience and mentioned she charged $200 for hair highlights. Based on that, I decided to give her a try. I visited the salon on Monday, June 23, around 11:30 AM for a highlight consultation. After checking my hair, Lida told me to return at 1:30 PM the same day to start the process. At that time, she confirmed the price would be $200, and she assured me that she would remove the old highlights and apply new ones. However, she then rescheduled me for Wednesday, June 25 at 11 AM, and we agreed again on the $200 price. When I returned on Wednesday, I was on time and everything seemed fine--until midway through the process, she suddenly told me the cost would now be $300, an unexpected $100 increase. I was shocked and disappointed but stayed quiet in the moment, hoping for a good result. After a few more hours, she finished and again asked me to pay $300, even though that was never the agreed-upon amount. The whole reason I came to her was because I was told the price would be $200--not the same $300 that other salons charge. This experience was very disappointing. I drove all the way from Concord to Brentwood to see her based on a recommendation and a promised price. It's frustrating and unfair to be quoted one amount and then be pressured to pay more halfway through the service. Please, to anyone reading this--be very cautious. Make sure everything is clearly agreed upon before you let her start. Sadly, I won't be returning to this salon, and I hope this review serves as a lesson for her and a warning for future customers. I'm simply asking for the extra $100 to be refunded. It's not about the time spent--she already assessed my hair and set the price in advance. Changing it midway was unprofessional and unfair. read more

I have been to many hair salons over the years and have had many hair stylists. Trina is by far the best stylist I have ever had! She always examines my hair carefully, asks appropriate questions, and makes decisions about what to do with my hair in a professional way with fantastic results! I always leave SaLon Vitor happy with my hair. Not only is Trina an amazing stylist, but the service from the receptionists is exceptional as well. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and offered a bottle of water (my usual!) or (if it is someone I have never met before) a coffee, tea, or water. The salon is always clean and neat with a variety of products to choose from. Trina is always quick with recommendations of which products would be best for my hair and WHY. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of hair and is constantly attending shows and workshops to stay up to date in the latest styles and trends. Kelsey is my hairdresser at Salon Vitor. Although I only go to see her every six months or so, she has ALWAYS done a GREAT job! She has always accommodated me even when I try to call her at the last minute. She has so much patience and takes her time to make you feel good about yourself even though she has such a busy schedule. She is an absolutely delight to talk to! She is wonderful with coloring and remembers exactly what you have done in the past and what works for you the best and also good with haircuts. We went to see Aly this evening and she is absolutely amazing! My daughter had cut her own hair a few months ago, and it was pretty choppy and uneven. I started going to salon Vitor when ALOT of the carol carey gals switched over to there antioch salon. I was driving 35 to 45 minutes to get there every 8 weeks for my hair apt. I called her and she said she didn't know about my appointment that the receptionist didn't tell her. It's very hard for me to get time off work and get a sitter. Kaite came to our hotel suite and did our hair right at the hotel where we were getting ready for the day. I knew I'd love working with Kaite from the moment that we met. She is so sweet and talented! She got to know me and learned what I was looking for in my wedding hair and also provided recommendations on what would improve the style. Along with her assistant, she listened deeply to the needs of my bridesmaids who all have different hair types and style wishes. Everyone was so happy with their hair and she make sure to meet their individual preferences while making sure everything was cohesive. The wedding was completely outdoors and she make sure everything was styled well so it would hold in the wind and heat. I was nervous about coming up with an appropriate schedule/timeline for the day. I didn't want us to be too rushed while getting ready but I also didn't want us to have to spend the whole day getting ready. Katie helped me develop a schedule and provided pro-tips to help keep us on track. The schedule went off without a hitch, at just the right pace. I would absolutely work with Kaite again in a heartbeat. Her prices were very reasonable. She is a very talented professional, and also a wonderful person!
