We all had reflexology and all three were amazing. Then , the facials...two young, rude, untrained girls. They slapped some cream on our faces then left us in the room cold for 35 minutes of a 45 minute treatment. When I complained at the front desk the receptionist call the manager (who I could hear on the phone) basically saying too bad they need to pay. No apology or explanation.
