You can honestly tell she wants the best for each client that walks into her Salon. Kiersten is a talented woman with a huge future ahead of her. I trust her with each and every decision she makes. Love Salon TREND. Have been a model since 2020. I first went for a consultation to find out how long it would take to get my hair healthy before they did any coloring, because I knew it was not & know one should not walk into a salon & & just put chemicals on unhealthy hair. They were upfront, honest, & very cordial. I did buy the products they were selling at that time & shampoo & conditioner were best I had ever used at that time. I have A LOT of hair & the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you have shirt hair & are having color it will be less expensive. If you have logn hair it will be more expensive. This team does extraordinary work, artistry & I a always leave loving both my color & cut. They really treat myself & whoever is in their chair like a king/queen. TREND has really been there for me especially this past year, going above & beyond to help me out during a life changing event in my life. They are that way, it's just who they are. Unsure why others may have had different experiences, but I have a feeling it could be the individuals, as TREND has quite a large & diverse clientele. I have been to a few other salons in town, and none can compare to SalonTREND. I had almost accepted having mediocre hair cuts while I lived here until I met Patrick. I was so scared of getting another bad haircut, but I desperately needed one. He was so calming and talked through exactly what I wanted and gave suggestions on what he thought would look good before he even washed my hair. After he cut and styled my hair, I knew I would never go to a different salon as long as I live here. I can't say enough wonderful things about Patrick and SalonTREND. The other staff there are so genuine and they love what they do so much. The atmosphere in the salon is also so calming and the decor is so chic. First off, I have to give a huge shoutout to my girl, Carlie, she is soooo talented!!!! I personally have A LOT of hair and get very anxious when it comes to trusting someone to take their time and do the RIGHT job and not rush through to get the job done. Carlie takes her time not only coloring my hair, but styling it to perfection before I walk out the door. She is incredibly talented and truly KNOWS anything hair. I went to see Cole at SalonTREND after not having my hair done professionally for 3+ years I had done some serious damage to my hair by coloring it myself and yes, even cutting it myself. Not once did he ever make me Feel bad for what I had done to my hair but what he did do is make me feel BEAUTIFUL he educated me on products to use and how chemical in water can damage your hair my hair has not felt this good or looked this good in a very long time. In fact, I was running low on my conditioner, and the salon was closed, but the owner told me if I was completely out of something that she would actually meet me at the salon, even though they were closed to get me what I needed. I love this place! The atmosphere is great! When I'm getting my hair done and I listen to the three of them talk about stuff. I literally am laughing with them like I was part of the conversation. I absolutely adore my hair! I had low maintenance hair during the past year or so, so when I called I asked for a consultation and a service, Cole was so on point! From the time I walked in and he popped around the corner to greet me and say Hi while he was finishing up with another person (I was early), then chatting through what he and I thought would look great, and the whole time I asked about products in which I ended up purchasing shampoo and a conditioning mask. I recently got my hair done at SalonTREND after not being happy with a previous color I had gotten. I contacted the salon to make an appointment and within the hour notified that there was a cancellation and I could have the spot if I wanted it. I went in due to my roots being uneven from a recent highlight job I had and I just wasn't as blonde as I was hoping to be for summer. Carlie brought my hair to LIFE!
