Stranded and desperately in need of an emergency repair, when other service centers could absolutely take advantage of the situation - Sal was not only beyond fair and honest, he somehow managed to fit a total 4 wheel brake repair into his jam packed schedule. decided to checkout this place because I saw 2 cars I was interested in and read some good reviews , I guess you shouldn't always believe what you hear/read! At first I was thrilled to be working with Eric, he seemed like a hardworking and honest man. I expressed my interest in the black Honda civic hatchback and Eric was helping me submit an application to TD for financing. Eric informed me that if TD did not accept me that he would notify me and then we would have to go with a different option. I guess TD didnt approve my application but I learnt this because Desjardin phoned me to ask if I was getting a car from Sal's. It's not right to pull peoples credit without discussing this with them first. I sucked that up after telling Eric how I felt about his approach and continued to deal with Eric because I was really interested in this black Honda civic hatchback. Desjardin approved my application and the next step was to finalize a pickup day with Eric so that I could also complete the rest of the paperwork. He said he would phone me to let me know when it's ready. Why is it that 2 days pass and I get a call from Eric saying that the car was SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE , HOW HIS UNCLE SOLD IT AND HE DIDN'TKNOW?!?!? Eric knew about this sale but acted like he didn't . He gave me a fake apology and then said how he would find me the exact same car within the week because I was really unhappy with this service and he pulled my credit twice already. Eric ghosted me, I haven't heard a word from him since June 5th . I just want people to be aware of what they may have to deal with when going to Sal's. Was told the Uniroyal Tiger Paw are "best of the best". Looked up brand online and they far from the best. Was quoted $180 for two tires but was charged $226. They had my car for over twenty four hours to change two tires and upon arriving, car was still sitting there - no tires changed. Owner/manager tells me over and over again they lost money on me as they paid more for tires than what they charged. Lesson learned. Will never go back!!! read more

First thing that struck me about Sal was that he cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. After speaking to him for five minutes, I was happy to let him work on my vehicle. His team replaced my shocks and mounts and I had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours. I was pleased that he gave me a lift home and a ride back to the shop the next day. I was also very pleased with the quote he provided and I will definitely return in the future. He came with me on a test drive which I very much appreciated. He also took the time to show me his shop and all the modern equipment his team is using. I even got a lifetime warranty on the parts! I am more than happy to provide a 5 star review! read more

Quite Possibly the worst and most frustrating shop I have had to deal with in recent memory. The "manager" is argumentative at best and put regular oil in my car after I paid for synthetic. Even after they where caught out there was no accountability and absolutely no compensation for the mistake. Worst in the area, and not cheap. To be honest after dealing with mechanics for many years and knowing a few, at the end of the conversation I had to wonder if the "manager" which is a nice way of saying useless nephew is even licensed mechanic himself?? Because even my 60 some odd year old mother knows full well that a new VW takes synthetic, or mobile 1 if they have it! read more
