Update (2024): This company is still impacting my credit. After explaining to them that I never signed a contact and was going to cancel lessons, they deferred me to a collection agency. I would stay away from this company and their questionable business practices. Revised: I almost never leave negative reviews. Be careful before signing anything (underlined) as they use legally binding, multi year contracts. My wife signed it unknowingly, and our (both) credit is still recovering. We now use private lessons instead.

I have tried several classes including Pole 1 & 2, Belly Dancing, Boxing, Snatched, and flexibility. The boxing was by far my favorite class and I wish I could take it there every day. It's an intense full body workout, but taught at every level. The pole classes are taught extremely well and their classes truly build upper body strength and for me as a woman that is a struggle. I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. They do well incorporating fitness goals into each program. I am very pleased with the instructors and the music played during classes. This is a very energetic gym and remembers names whether you go every day or once a week. You feel held accountable. I look forward to joining this gym in the near future. The staff is very friendly and concerned with your overall health and well-being. It's not just about the money at this gym. I truly feel like they care about making you a better you. They do different challenge programs and make sure no one feels intimidated.

I decided it would be FUN to participate with my group of friends in a pole class. We found a Groupon and Choice Training was on the list of highly recommended. I was beyond disappointed by my experience as soon as I walked in and saw my friend in tears because she was so disappointed. My understanding, a Groupon is how you get your new clientele IN THE DOOR...you usually have on your best face because you are trying to get new business. If that was mr 'friendly-front-desk' man's best face...I can't imagine how we would be treated once signed up with a package and he had my credit card on Auto-Pay. I've always been told - you decide who to give your money to. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back. It was a $39 Groupon, that could've turned into a long term relationship well over that amount. I brought my son to this location (we have a family membership) and he was not allowed on the basketball courts because he is 8 years old. I contacted to General Manager Tricia and she remedied this right away. He is allowed as long as I accompanied him. Overall, this is a nice club. It has plenty of weights, machines, pool, and basketball courts. Some of the reviews have been subpar because it is not as fancy as other Lifetime Gyms. But this gym is less packed and has more weight and machine equipment than some of the fancier counterparts. I often drive further to this location.

Within five mins, we got into the salsa and I was so lost. Things slowed down a bit when you partner with people but it was the same steps several round so it was kind fast then slow. Overall, it was really fun and this class was more for meeting other people in a dance Zumba class than actually learning the salsa steps. One of the guys said bachata might be better to learn bc it's slower. The receptionist didn't do a good job telling me what to expect as a first timer. I had no idea what room to go or when to go in as everybody was waiting outside. I followed the people that was there to a class. You don't need to bring a partner to class, there will be people there for you and you switch (if you want to)
