My son has ADHD and they not only embraced him, but develped his technique and he thrived! My daughter is very young and only did the recreation program, but all of the teachers (especially Tammy and cooper) were absolutely amazing! Because of DI both of my kids are way above their age level in all genres from just one year of dancing there. The staff is extremely professional, and the owner is just so on top of everything at the studio. The best part of the studio is that none of the teachers or staff (Including the owner) get involved with ANY of the drama at the studio. They place the kids where they will do the best in technique and maturity wise. The only reason why we left is because we moved out of state, however we are going back every year for some of the conventions they participate in so we have the chance to dance with them. They care about molding your dancer into a professional dancer, not just a competitive dancer who stops dancing at 18 when they age out of competitions. They work with the seniors in getting them into the right collages and help them earn scholarships to pay for tuition. The owner and staff are well connected as well to get your foot in the door if you want to go more towards the entertainment industry. The ballet program is top notch with dancers that get into the most prestigious dance schools. (They have placed at least 3 dancers at Juilliard last year). They also have great adult ballet, tap, and hop hop classes that are so much fun! If you have the opportunity to go to DI do it! I have also brought my 9 year old in for Hip Hop with Camille, among other opportunities that have opened up for us both. Absolutely a game changer when it comes to classes in variety and just the ambiance of dance and all skill levels. Some classes did seem pricey along with registration fee. However, from witnessing my daughters growth and even how I'm brushing up again on my dance skills, I think it's worth it.

Because the charges kept appearing, we eventually went back in person to cancel again. On top of that, the instructor who was supposedly teaching the lesson we were billed for wasn't even present. It's extremely frustrating to repeatedly request cancellation and still see charges appear on your card. At this point I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. If you sign up here, make sure you get written confirmation of any cancellation and monitor your statements closely.

I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. They do well incorporating fitness goals into each program. I am very pleased with the instructors and the music played during classes. This is a very energetic gym and remembers names whether you go every day or once a week. You feel held accountable. I look forward to joining this gym in the near future. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back.
