After trying out three other studios when my daughter was younger, and having bad experiences at all three, we finally stumbled into Encore! (after a friend had been after me for all 3 years telling me to go to Encore) My first experience, I went by myself in person and met Ms. Anne, the owner, and Ms. Marlee. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted with a warm and loving smile from both of them and they took their time to explain everything to me and answer all questions I had.
