Burritos, tacos, bowls, tortilla-bowl salads. Price average about $7.00 per average entree' (guacamole is gratis, unlike Chipotle, but is scant, too.). If you'd really like sautéed peppers and onions, add another $1.25-ish. A few items set these guys apart from Chipotle: Fresh sliced jalapeños and fresh chopped cilantro, as welll as "Taco Bell-style ground beef." To that I say, "Yay!" I could create a "Taco Bell Taco supreme," at a better quality! (Can't do that at Chipotle.) Many items are comparable to Chipotle, so you should still have a similar experience. These guys may go a bit lighter on the seasonings (salt), which is actually a BIG plus. Also, they have Romaine lettuce for a salad base. Just ask. (For Taco Bell fans, they also have shredded iceberg lettuce). They offer bottles of Cholula hot sauce and a green hot sauce (can't recall which one). Oh! And if you like "Moe's" you'll like their chips and queso. Over-all, this place is a nice blend of features of various fast food joints. I'd go back.

    Kids meal plus queso.

My tiny little picky eater loves the food here. My love is directly proportional to the quality and amount of Queso Blanco on my nachos! I like it a LOT! Their house hot sauces are the entire Chalula flavor line. Make it your way so you get the most out of your Mexican food. This stuff caters well so if you need to feed a crowd, make it a fiesta.

    Yum!!!

Perfectly fine food, good service, clean restaurant. Good fresh salsa & chips to pick up & bring home as a snack.

Not as good as it used to be. Guac wasn't as fresh. Chicken was flavorless and cold.

What you see in the picture is $21 once tax gets you, and that's without getting some of the cocktails. Definitely plan on breaking $100 if you get a few drinks here with your spouse. I had the Diablo tacos (grilled shrimp, jalapeño bacon, chipotle aioli, cabbage slaw) and the tacos are generously packed. Definitely a great spot in Hickory

We dined with a party of 5 on Saturday evening and the food was quite good! It has a pleasant surprise! The restaurant itself is pleasant and decorated well. The food was all tasty - tacos, quesadilla, dips, taco salad and the Gorditas! We liked the thin chips much better than the thick ones that came with the guac and queso. The only negative, and it is potentially a big one, was the service. The host didn't welcome us and was not very friendly and didn't move with any sense of urgency. Our server was very friendly, but at times all of us had empty drinks and it took him a long time to come check on us. My dish said it came with sour cream and when it arrived there was none on it. I asked for some and it took 10 minutes for it to arrive. My food was warm when it arrived, but cold by the time the sour cream arrived. It still tasted excellent, but I would rather go to a mediocre tasting restaurant with killer service than a place that tastes great, but you are never checked on. The restaurant was busy, but not packed. There were empty tables. The manager brought our food and checked on us at the end and he was cleaning tables. He was very nice and I felt like he probably needed more help or to do some training. I work in the service industry and I know how tough it is. But you have to have energetic staff that know how to check on folks and communicate or else you will die on the vine. I think overall we will be back and hope it was just an off night with service. To those about to dine, I salute you! Good luck with the service!

I visited on 8/22 around 2-3 PM, and the service I received was extremely disappointing. I was charged for two Chipotle Ranch sauces but wasn't informed of the additional charge when I asked for them. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I believe customers should be made aware of additional charges when ordering. The tray also comes with a sauce, but I still had to ask for it. I was genuinely looking forward to having a great experience and sharing a positive review on my socials to continue bringing attention and hype to the restaurant. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I can no longer do that. Also, just a heads-up for anyone planning to visit they are currently not serving alcoholic beverages, so if you're specifically coming for a margarita or another cocktail, keep that in mind. The food was good, but unfortunately, good food doesn't make up for poor customer service. Based on my experience today, I won't be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the service should match the quality of the food.

It was really loud for me and could only hear the people next to me. Ordered some drinks and they seemed to be backed up as it took awhile, but their cocktails were very good and yummy. I had the cheese enchiladas and it was really delicious. The enchilada sauce was tasty. The rice and beans are also family style and was a nice addition. It was busy and bustling, a bit noisy, packed spaced. We were waited on my Evie who was an absolute gem, available and professional. I ordered a special taco plate with fish that was beer battered. Blackberry sage had a muddled, interesting flavor to it. Think wine-y but not quite that either. The mixed berry needed more berry flavor but was okay. Lavender was best out of all, but it was teetering on sickly, almost had too much lavender syrup. For entrees, I ordered the puffy Pete chicken tacos. They came out with crema on it when I ordered it on the side, but it was quickly rectified. The portion was good. I was full by the end. The flavor was okay. Chicken cooked fine. But it didn't have much of a sweet heat kick to it without the jalapeños added. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily get it again when we go back. My fiancé ordered the Houston beef puffy taco. He thought the taco was very filling. It had meat falling out of it, which was good. It tasted like a typical ground beef taco. He hoped the chorizo would elevate it, but it didn't. It was similar to a Taco Bell beef taco. Overall, decent tacos, and it helped that it was big for the price. We want to visit again, but we'll try other menu items and stick with water. The music was fine. Country and nothing stuck out. Service was fine. She kept only giving a small amount of napkins for a messy dish, which was a bit annoying, but she was very helpful answering our questions for our first time. So she was overall helpful and pleasant.
