I'm writing to share a disappointing experience with "The joint Chiropractic"…read more When I signed up for their plan, I was explicitly told by the desk assistant that I could cancel and get a refund after the first month if my lower back pain didn't improve, provided I submitted an X-ray and a doctor's note confirming no bone issues. My pain did not improve after the first month, and I provided the requested documentation, which showed my issue was muscular, not skeletal. However, the regional manager, Kash Hennesy, refused the refund. They stated I was on a "Wellness plan" with a two-month minimum, and that my signed contract overruled the verbal agreement made by their own employee. They insisted on a new doctor's note explicitly stating I "cannot medically continue treatment," which was not what I was initially told was required. This feels like a deceptive practice where their staff provides misleading information to secure sign-ups, and then the company hides behind the contract. My pain didn't get better, I followed their initial instructions for a refund, and they still refused. I would not have enrolled if I had known the true terms.
